Cards From My Personal Collection: Casey Myers 2003 Topps Baseball Card

As the card eludes to, Casey Myers had a decorated college career. I checked out his college story and stats in more detail on the Arizona State website and the man accomplished A LOT. Every season he played, there's a full paragraph description of his accomplishments.
Myers was then drafted by the A's but never performed well enough to quite make it to the big leagues. He did stay with the A's organization the whole time though. His minor league career lasted from 2001-2008 and he played in 382 total games, had 387 hits, 28 home runs, and had a solid batting average of .291.
Sure hope Myers had fun while it lasted! I did find this article about Casey, seems like he's taken on coaching, including coaching college softball. The article is quite old though.
Myers getting inducted into Arizona State's Hall of Fame! Seems like a nice dude.
