This Knicks team is unbelievable!!! Largest comeback in NBA Finals history!
Even if the Spurs were to somehow make the improbable 3-1 series comeback, THIS MOMENT WILL FOREVER BE ICONIC! OG Anunoby's name will not be forgotten.

I'll never forget where I was when this happened. Just amazing.

As a Sixers fan, I'm not the biggest fan of the Knicks, but it's really hard to not like how this team is constructed, how they fight. Their mental willpower needs to be studied by psychologists or something. They are just immune to pressure, it's unbelievable.
As a person from the northeastern US, I definitely appreciate what the Knicks are so close to achieving. I was mildly baffled at how the Sixers just were completely uncompetitive against the Knicks. Like, they couldn't even win one game? Well maybe now I see why.
This Knicks team is special. Special is a word used a lot in sports but this team really is something else. Even when the Knicks were down by 29, I was a bit suspicious because the Spurs have been known to gas out before AND the Knicks make big comebacks in their sleep it seems.
I don't wanna make too grand of statements but, at the end of the day the Spurs are getting humbled, and even if they do comeback, which feels borderline impossible at this moment in time, they have to admit they've been humbled.
It's pretty nuts how much the NBA declared Victor Wembanyama the next Michael Jordan or something. Maybe he will be, I don't know.
Mike Breen can't call a single play without praising Wembanyama, it's actually comedy. The man could walk to the bench and Breen would say 'just the way he walks to the bench, impacts the game!' When Anunoby made that tip-in, Breen was clearly depressed, the bias is unreal.
I imagine Wembanyama is learning here, at least I hope so. Sure he's young, or whatever but the arrogance he's shown is pretty blatant. He really acted like he won the Championship after beating the Thunder. Weird.
I mean is this what the monks taught Wemby? Or did he learn this in France? This is so ridiculous.

Then afterwards in interviews he acts like this intellectual, chill guy. Sometimes he acts like a tough guy too. I mean I wanna like the guy, but he just is kinda strange to me. I think the media really just fed this dude's ego like crazy which is unfortunate.
Jalen Brunson, Mikal Bridges, Josh Hart, and Karl-Anthony Towns are all a lot more straightforward and relatable. They have that blunt, take me or leave me energy about them. They are basically sarcastic, tough jocks for the most part. They don't seem to overthink or put on a persona or anything. They seem reasonable and don't pretend to be nice guys if that makes sense. Basically there's no passive aggression about them. They're all from the PA, Jersey, NY area so maybe I just sorta understand their vibe better.
I always was surprised by the Knicks' rise when they signed Brunson a few years ago. The way he took less money is seriously Tom Brady-like. This comeback tonight reminded me vaguely of Brady's 28-3 Super Bowl comeback victory actually.
I'm definitely hoping that the Knicks win this series. But sports can be brutal, who knows what can happen. 3-1 leads aren't as sure of a thing these days. But I like the Knicks' chances!!!
Even if the Spurs do make the improbable comeback, I stand by what I said. I'll look a bit silly but oh well I've been through worse.
This Knicks team is just cooler.
Wow!!! What a game!!!
