Guilt trip

People can make you feel like it's a crime to be tried and weak. Like they make you feel bad and give you a guilt trip that is very burdensome. You may not be able to go back to sleep because the light from the sun and the noise outside.

True that's why I cut off anyone including family and close friends who has negative impact on my life. The moment I did that I grow faster than ever.

I learn that it's ok to cut off family and friends because no one really care about our personal growth unfortunately.

When we grow into the person we want then we can bless others with our growth.
