hello everyone, back again with me, currently the Muslim community is fasting which I explained in the previous post, but the weather here is very hot, so when we break the fast we need a cup of fresh sweet drink, here I will make an iced drink for breaking the fast. later

a few days ago I bought an avocado, but it wasn't ripe yet, I kept it in the kitchen until I forgot, but today I just realized it, and the avocado is very ripe, then I want to process it now into ice cream, here I just use Just the ingredients you have without going to the market to shop again

Ingredients for making ice booze:

1 avocado
1 piece of sweet corn
500ml coconut milk
pearl sago to taste
grass jelly to taste
sweetened condensed milk

how to make :

(1) The first step is to scoop out the contents of the avocado then mash the avocado with a fork then set aside for a while

(2) After that, boil 500ml coconut milk and add a little salt then stir well, boil until the coconut milk foams, then turn off the stove and wait until the coconut milk cools.

(3) then prepare other ingredients such as grass jelly, cut grass jelly according to taste, and flatten the boiled corn then set aside

(4) then take a glass, add the crushed avocado, then add ice cubes then pieces of black grass jelly, then pearl sago and then add cold coconut milk and corn and add sweetened condensed milk to taste.
