Now, in the afternoons of my training, I decided to go again to the park where I started, despite its condition, I like to train here since it brings back good memories and since I am currently recovering what I did before in terms of statics since I lost more than a year losing all the progress, because in the last few months since I entered #SWC I have been adapting to the static ones, doing them correctly, obviously it is more difficult, because as I am in this process I take the opportunity to train in this park since it was where in a few Years ago I made a lot of progress. Currently there are other people who are starting their training, let's hope how we evolve according to the discipline and dedication of each one.
