The Fear that we experience is part of the basic universal emotions that millions of people in the world do experience...you are not the only person experiencing fear...

Fear do come into existence whenever there is a form of threat that could be physical threat , an emotional threat, or even a psychological threat or an emotional kind of threat , fear is a natural emotion that a person would feel whenever they feel threatened or exposed to danger.

Though there is this traditional thinking that makes us feel that there is nothing good about fear,
but the truth is that fear can serve a wonderful role of making us to stay safe and be able to handle potential danger without getting hurt..

We need to have the knowledge about why the fear occured and the impact it has made on the situation that caused the fear..

First of all we need to know the Intensity of a potential harm, we need to know how severe it is for us to be able to know how very valid our fears are...

We also need great timing which will enable us to know if the potential harm will be something that is impending or something that is immediate..

Whenever we think there is a potential threat and we are already experiencing panic and fear , you need to analyse the threat itself so that you can know how you can be able to tackle the threat without you getting too scared of taking the right risks that will benefit your life..

What makes people to experience fear ?

I believe that there is a universal reasons why everyone experience fear.. people will experience fear whenever they feel threatened or whenever they feel that a situation or a person might harm them or hurt them..so it is natural for any human to experience fear in some certain things in their life..

There are different kind of fears that each individual can be experiencing, some people have some specific fears while some have alot of fears which they are experiencing..

Some people have fears for water, they are always afraid to swim and to enter into huge amount of water..

Some people have fear for blood , they get extremely scared whenever they spot blood whether on their own body or the body of someone else..

Some people have fear for heights and that is why there are always alot of cases whereby people experience extreme fear whenever they are travelling by air..

Some people have fears for some certain animals and they get freaked out whenever they see those animals..

There are various type of fears which I believe that huge numbers of people are still unaware of their fears , they do not even certainly know what their own fears are , such individuals have allowed themselves to get too distracted.. The distractions have made so many people to miss an advice which could have change the life of that person so that is why we need to continue to be nice and be willing to dedicate ourselves into achieving all our goals..
