Indeed, onboarding doesn't stop after onboarding. As onboarders we have the responsibility to guide our onboardee to make sure their succeed in Hive.

Absolutely! It is more like a phone provider with no customer service. We are building telephones with tin cans on a string and advance those beyond imagination.
