How I Planted Eggplant Thinking It Was A Garden Egg (ENG-ESP) Cómo planté berenjenas pensando que eran de jardín

Eggplant is almost the same as garden egg and both can go for the cooking of soup. I believe they have different taste and a bit different to what they add to the body. When I was new to garden, I finds it difficult to differentiate between garden egg and eggplant but as I become old in the business, I now know their differences. I planted eggplant thinking it was a garden egg and this fault is coming from the people that sold the eggplant to me. A lot of gardener are faced with this challenge.

I have already planted enough eggplant and wanted to plant some garden egg. I didn't have a nursery garden egg which I could have transplanted or a leftover garden egg seed which I could have planted also. So, that day, I went to the market where they usual sale nursery vegetables which is usually fine for transplanting. They were a lot of people selling eggplant and garden egg. So, because everywhere was over crowded by sellers and buyers, I told the person selling to me that I needed a garden egg leaves nursery because I want to transplant them to my garden.

The girl sold eggplant leaves to me instead of garden egg leaves. Even the time I planted it, I couldn't differentiate that what I have planted was eggplant and not garden egg. Already, I have waited to see my garden egg leaves grow but that didn't happen because eggplant spend more time to grow than garden egg leaves.

As I waited for so long to harvest my garden egg leaves, I saw that it was not growing the way it's supposed to. I never have it in mind that I could have planted eggplant instead of garden egg because their leaves and stems are almost the same. Because I noticed that the leaves where not growing fast the same as garden egg, I was not in a haste to harvest it but to give it some time to see what will happen.

So, one day, I went to my garden, I saw that the seed produced were looking like eggplant. I was still in doubt till now that the seed produced by the eggplant is now many. This mistake is what I never see coming because I make more money I planting garden egg that eggplant so this is just a lost.

Because I have made the mistake of planting eggplant instead of garden egg, there was no need harvesting it but to allow the eggplant produce more of eggplant seed or fruit. Eggplant fruit is more valuable than the leaves because the fruit is used to do many food sources for eating os yam, water yam, cocoa yam, and other sources. Eggplant fruit also has a lot of things it could be used for cooking. The fruit can also be preserved for future gardening season.

So, gardener need to be watchful on the kind of seed or nursery vegetables, crops, they buy from the market before planting. To avoid making a mistake of planting a different vegetable or crops we didn't wanted to.

La berenjena es casi lo mismo que el huevo de jardín y ambos pueden ir para la cocción de la sopa. Creo que tienen un sabor diferente y un poco diferente a lo que aportan al organismo. Cuando era nuevo en el mundo de la jardinería, me resultaba difícil diferenciar entre el huevo de jardín y la berenjena, pero a medida que me he ido haciendo viejo en el negocio, ahora conozco sus diferencias. Planté berenjena pensando que era un huevo de huerta y este fallo viene de la gente que me vendió la berenjena. Muchos jardineros se enfrentan a este problema.
