Illegal Cannabis: Brave and Tenacious Growers (English/Spanish)

I have wanted to raise this topic for a long time, I think that in this community I can do it without any problem, fortunately in many countries where those who belong to this community live, cannabis is legal, in Canada for example it was decreed legal more than 5 years ago and before, some time before it was legalized in Uruguay, a country that is close to the region where I live.

In the United States in many states cannabis is already legal and that is very positive, not only to create real awareness, but also for scientific research that are transcendental for the health of the planet, as many medicinal properties have been discovered around cannabis in its different varieties and genetics.

But I want to talk about a more drastic and serious issue, is the illegality of cannabis, specifically in my country of residence, as a grower of years understanding that I have been very brave because here justice is disproportionate, there is much corruption, and the laws are many years behind, in fact we do not have a legitimate government that must be said and therefore many causes or actions hang by a thread.

Sometimes when I am growing I think I am in a country where it is legal, but it is not so, but with so many years growing and so much implicit culture that I have acquired, my mind is as if I were in Canada or Uruguay, but the reality is different, because there is always a latent risk, fortunately I have always been cautious and have managed to manage my crops with low profile, because you should never be confident and less in a country like the one where I live.

There is a situation that I would like to tell you, once there was a chase of some thugs near where I live and the police surrounded the whole area, that same day in the morning I had harvested a plant, I had manicured it and had it hanging in the closet, the presence of so many police worried me, because I had also consumed some material that I already had, the craziest thing is that a relative opened the door to the street and 2 policemen came into my house, I moved very fast and hid the plant that I had grown, I do not understand how I did it so fast, the officers checked to see if the thugs had not hidden nearby, but as they realized that we were acting without anything to hide they passed and then left, it was a very intense moment and a very complicated situation, fortunately I can tell, but since then I have another mentality and has made me even more cautious.

This issue of the illegality of Cannabis stings and extends there are countries where there is still much debate to give so that the laws move forward and once and for all is legalized in countries where it could be a viable option, with the regime that exists in my country I do not think that this will happen, but I know that we are brave to be tenacious growers and also that God always protects us from evil intentions and evil.

Cannabis Ilegal: Cultivadores Valientes y Tenaces

Este tema lo quería plantear hace tiempo, pienso que en esta comunidad lo puedo hacer sin ningún problema, afortunadamente en muchos países en donde los que pertenecen a esta comunidad viven, el cannabis es legal, en Canadá por ejemplo fue decretado legal hace más de 5 años y antes, un tiempo antes fue legalizado en Uruguay un país que está cerca de la región donde vivo.

En Estados Unidos en muchos estados ya es legal el cannabis y eso es muy positivo, no solo para crear auténtica conciencia, si no para las investigaciones científicas que son trascendentales para la salud del planeta, ya que se han descubierto muchas propiedades medicinales en torno al cannabis en sus diferentes variedades y genéticas.

Pero deseo hablar de un tema mas drastico y serio, es de la ilegalidad del cannabis, específicamente en mi país de residencia, como cultivador de años entendiendo que he sido muy valiente porque aquí la justicia es desproporcionada, hay mucha corrupción, y las leyes tienen muchos años de atraso, de hecho no contamos con un gobierno legítimo eso hay que decirlo y por ende muchas causas o acciones penden de un hilo.

La determinación y el amor por la planta ha podido más que el miedo o la preocupación, a veces cuando estoy cultivando creo estar en un país donde es legal, pero no es asi, si no que con tantos años cultivando y tanta cultura implícita que he adquirido, mi mente es como si estuviera en Canadá o Uruguay, pero la realidad es distinta, ya que siempre existe el riesgo latente, por fortuna siempre he sido precavido y he sabido gestionar mis cultivos con bajo perfil, porque nunca hay que confiarse y menos en un país como el donde vivo.

Hay una situación que me gustaría contarles, una vez hubo una persecución de unos maleantes cerca de donde vivo y la policía cercó todo el área, ese mismo día en la mañana había cosechado una planta, la había manicurado y la tenía colgada en el closet, la presencia de tanta policia me preocupo, porque además también había consumido algo de material que ya tenía, lo mas loco es que un familiar abrió la puerta hacia la calle y 2 policías entraron en mi casa, me moví muy rápido y oculte la planta que había cultivado, no entiendo como lo hice tan rápido, los funcionarios revisaron para ver si los maleantes no se había escondido cerca, pero como se dieron cuenta que actuabamos sin nada que ocultar pasaron y luego se fueron, fue un momento muy intenso y una situación sumamente complicada, afortunadamente puedo contarlo, pero desde ese momento tengo otra mentalidad y ha hecho que sea más precavido aún.

Este tema de la ilegalidad del Cannabis pica y extiende hay países donde aún hay mucho debate que dar para que las leyes avancen y de una vez por todas se legalice en los países donde podría ser una opción viable, con el regimen existe en mi pais no creo que eso se de, pero si se que somos valientes al ser cultivadores tenaces y también que Dios siempre nos protege de las malas intenciones y el mal.
