👯‍♀️ Exercise Community in Football Field - Older Do Exercise, Younger Play Football 🏈

Greetings all my beloved friends! Today, I want to take you to my local football field where people can also go there to do exercise, meetups and talking. I feel so refreshed while walking with my friends. We talked about many stuffs and they tell my a good joke.

Last Sunday, I went to a place in my village. We usually take time to exercise for health both male and female.
Boys, he loves football Girls like to walk in groups, easy to talk and enjoy the fresh natural environment.

Let me introduce my best friends to you, her names is “Karout”. She is about 50 years old, but still strong enough to raise her daughter and her son’s child. She loves kids so much.

Every evening, she walks from home to this field as she want to be more healthy and fit. Generally, she do some extra exercises at home with machine. So, when she wants more friends to talk while walking, she came here and spend time with me. One thing I love about her is that she is kindly and also think positive.

As I show you at the moment, this is her daughter. She has 2 kids and they all are so cute. The things that we always discuss about is health. As we know that health is very important. It is good to take some of your time to do exercise. Even though it is a small exercise like walking, but worthy if we practice it everyday and regularly.

Boys after they finished playing soccer. They play the music and listen 🎼 🎶. All of them especially girls, they are so friendly. I ask them can they move a little bit because I want to capture the statue, but end up making a good communication with them. They even do a style when I taking a picture which makes me so happy to see their smile on their face.

Finally, I hope you enjoyed my blog. I also want to motivate you to take care of yourself and do exercise. When we do exercise together with a group we can even build a friendship and gain more knowledge also since we share a lot of things together. Simply wonderful!
