[ScreenShot Saturday] My Gaming Updates (Oct 17) - A Single Player MMO

This week featuring Sword Art Online Re:Hollow Fragment.

Weekly updates on the games I play, fun stuff and the interesting screenshots I take. #ScreenshotSaturday is where I put a digest of my gaming through the week. (In GameDev scene, ScreenshotSaturday is a weekly event for developers to show their progress.)

I've done so much gaming this week! The situation in my area had gotten better so I could spend more time researching/writing articles and still have an hour or two for gaming every day. Thank God!!

I mainly played and wrote about SAO Re:Hollow Fragment I played some Switch games but I have to postpone posting screenshots as my SD-card refused to work today. At the end of the week, I loved Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memories demo, despite downloading it expecting to hate the gameplay.

Sword Art Online Re:Hollow Fragment

As I said in my first impression on this single player MMO. I wanted to play games from SAO gameverse for a while now, and I loved every thing about the game's content in the few hours I played.

I have to say, that the MMO-like system in this game actually works. In the anime Sword Art Online, the characters are stuck in the titular online game and the only way to get out is to beat it. The game starts at the end of the first arc of the anime and changes the plot in a way that doesn't make sense but is still enjoyable to follow anyway.

This still was a frustrating experience because of SAOreHF's low performance. My PC is weak, but it could run PS3-era games at top performance. This game is a PS Vita port and it looks like a PS Vita port, so why couldn't it run at a framerate of one?!! I tried to look for a way to increase performance but ultimately decided to spend time on writing posts instead~

This looks like the 75th floor boss. Will that be a trend in the Hollow Area?

Yup! 3D models that totally deserve the low performance!

The girl who is loved by LN fans but anime fans won't even notice her appearance in Episode 3.

This Cocoa is so familliar with Kirito, she made me waste 30 minutes trying to know which LN character is she. She's isn't!

So, that was my week!

The last seven days had the most articles I've published in a week in a while. Three anime posts, three gaming posts (including one of the anime ones,) and one NFT post. Check my drawings! They're for sale. I'm proud of myself this week, and hope to do better in the next one!
