Transformation of Grapes into Molasses

Hello there. I've been busy with this for two weeks. We are making grape molasses. I photographed the stages of this work and decided to share it here.

First of all, we pour the grapes we collect into this pool and chew them to extract their juice.

We boil the water we extract and turn it into sherbet.

Then we take this sherbet into our Big quarry in order to turn it into molasses. And we ignite the gold thoroughly.

We boil the syrup here for 2-3 hours.

Finally, when the molasses reaches the consistency we want, we take it out of the cauldron. Molasses mousse can be consumed as a wonderful dessert at the nu stage.
