It is wonderful to be able to do what you want to do in your travels like this.
It's great to be prepared and go out, but it's really exciting to be inspired and cook on the road.

Thanks for kind words. Yes it's true. It's great to cook a local dish when you're traveling. I made one such dish on this trip and it was a cool experience. I see that you live in Japan. I was there a few years ago, before the covid pandemic. I liked it there very much 😊 Greetings 😊
