My Vyb is to make you act – Project Vyb-Act

I've been missing for over a month for personal reasons. Real-life has taken a toll on me these past two months and I have taken this time to feel, react to the things that have happened to me, and make new decisions about my life.

The main conclusion I've come to so far is that many of the problems that happen to me are because I keep my ideas in the field of the mind. I could simply choose to act, and continue to act, toward a goal, or even make a simple choice that will change my day, like visiting a friend, training, or riding a bike. But sometimes I just don't do anything.

The crazy thing about doing nothing is that for some reason we expect different results as if that makes sense. I think faith harms us more than it helps us when we are paralyzed. Because we hope that a solution will fall from the sky, but it doesn't! We need to take the first step if we want to see our lives flowing, even minimally, in the direction we most desire.

Having said all that, I would like to propose a project: ACT YOUR VIBE! OR VYB -ACT

I challenge myself and you every day to make a conscious choice. A choice that will change the trajectory of your day: It could be something different, it could be something you haven't done in a long time, or it could be something you do all the time, as long as it has positive consequences for your life, as long as it makes you go from one level to another.

Some suggestions of what can be done:
A new recipe - Record the whole process, even if it goes wrong, and talk about what you learned from it, about what it made you feel.

A place you visited for the first time – It doesn't have to be a trip, it can be about a different neighborhood of your city that you decided to visit; you can tell us about it and share the positive consequences it has had on your day

Did you exercise today? - Tell us how it was for you.

The important thing is that it's fun, that it's something positive, and most of all, that it's something you choose to do.

These are just a few suggestions, but I want to make it clear that the main proposal is that every day you consciously plant a seed, and in that way, change the course of your life to where you prefer.

I would like to announce this project and ask for support from the BIG ones so that everyone who participates is well rewarded. I believe it's an interesting initiative that can make Vyb and Pob a lot more fun, as well as helping people make conscious choices in their lives.

Tomorrow, I'll post my first Vyb-Act, to serve as an example for all those who liked the idea. As soon as I have news about how the rewards will be made, I'll share it with you all.

The idea is to make both vyb and Pob more fun. And I believe that a lot of times when we do something new, we have fun with it.

Love it! You can count action man in, this is right up my street.

Here is my first contribution:
Yesterday I went for a bike ride with pals and when I got back home I messaged @samsmith1971 and asked what are the best things to do after a long cycle (I knew her hubby was a cycle enthusiast from a past convo!).

Pickle juice, protein shake, (and I did some stretches and had a bath!), plenty of water before cycling.

And guess what, my legs are feeling GREAT this morning!

It's a groove! I've been listening to it in the mornings this week. Great to have you back behind the wheel, I have missed your writing too!

Suggestion for VYB-ACT: you be the guide. Create a VYB-ACT post and share what you've done to change trajectory (could be 10 words, could be 5000) (could be daily, could be twice a week, could be once a month), then we'll follow along and continue the VYB.

Just a suggestion! I'm thinking about how you could set your own pace and also bring consistent value (like my brackets try to point out above, inspiration & motivation come and go! that's part of life). I'll definitely swing by and share some of my life with you in the post anyway.

If anyone else is on the level of "definitely swinging by to share some of their life", drop a jiffy below!
