Hi guys, hope you are having a great weekend. It's always good to take care of yourself no matter what. As a man or woman, take care of yourself and make yourself happy always. We only have one life. It's important to take care of oneself and this is very important to the recovery process of oneself. In addition, Making sure the physical, mental and emotional areas are being taken care of. I have seen a man who is working and won't eat well just because he wanted to save money and slumped. There may be other underlying diseases but one must not starve just because you want to save. It's important to note that the body must be sound before you plan for the future. Some people breaks down and find it hard to recover. It's very important to note that going for series of test in the hospital is very important and there are some small tools for diagnosis that can be bought and used in the house. All these are good to monitor blood pressure, blood sugar and others. Instead of going to the hospital all the time, these tools can be used.

It is quite important to live a healthy life and also eat healthy food. it is good to eat fruits such as purple pineapple,apples and others and I believe it is also important to do regular exercises such as sit-ups,push-ups and others there are some people who does not do any exercise throughout the week, theyhl only eat and sleep which is not good for the body and I must say that it is good to avoid hard drugs. People should also try to avoid alcohol, some take alcoholic drinks throughout the week and this is a very bad one to do and it is important to also manage stress and go for regular check up in the hospital and I believe it is healthy to practice good hygiene, take your bathe every morning and at night and brush your teeth and also make sure that you rest well. good hygiene is so important for so many reasons it reduces psychological problem and also it makes one to be free from diseases and over heath related issues.

It is also good to socialize and make good friends but close and distance, that you can visit once in a while, it's not a good idea to just stay in the house sleep without interacting with others and also one can consider to join support groups or charity groups to make good friends so that once in a while, one will be able to interact with others freely and also one can get involved in dancing, watching movie, going for cinema,painting or even reading. One must always find ways to relax there are some people who go for jogging or having massage or taking a stroll in the evening.

It is quite important to eat fruits like I have earlier said, fresh foods help to build body cells and this help to fight against diseases. especially in this country Nigeria we have people who eat starchy food almost everyday, it is quite important to eat vegetables, protein and others that have good value to the body. It is important to also share ideas especially with family and is also good not to live alone, stay with others who can add value to your life and discuss and also involve yourself in a healthy relationship that will make you grow well. some people will not remember to take care of themselves by buying new clothes just because they are are seriously engage in their family issues, they are always after making their family happy which is good but what is bad is not taking care of yourself and getting sick just because you want to satisfy others.
