A Perfect Day at the Zoo 🐫🦓🐒 Hayvanat Bahçesinde Mükemmel Bir Gün

The day I went to visit the zoo, I was sure I was going to have a good time. I hadn't visited our friends, each one more special than the other, for a long time. It had been ten years since I last visited the zoo in Izmir. Therefore, I was as impatient as I was excited.

When I went to buy a ticket at the entrance of the zoo, I saw people sharing the same feelings with me. Especially the children seemed very interested. Many children were going to discover the animal kingdom here and lay the foundations of long-lasting friendships. Without a doubt, they were the ones who would have the most beautiful experience here.

Hayvanat bahçesini ziyarete gittiğim gün güzel vakit geçireceğimden emindim. Her biri birbirinden özel olan bu dostlarımızı uzun zamandır ziyaret etmemiştim. En son İzmir'de bulunan hayvanat bahçesine gittiğimden bu yana on yıl geçti. O nedenle heyecanlı olduğum kadar sabırsızdım.

Hayvanat bahçesinin girişinde bilet almak için hareket ettiğim zaman benimle aynı duyguları paylaşan insanları gördüm. Özelikle çocuklar çok ilgili gözüküyordu. Birçok çocuk hayvanlar alemini burada keşfedecek, uzun sürecek olan dostlukların temelini burada atacaklardı. Şüphesiz, buradaki en güzel deneyimi yaşayacak olan onlardı.

This was the most special photo for me at the zoo. A huge baby zebra was sucking its mother :) These beautiful moments between mother and baby were being watched with amazement by a large group of visitors. I wonder if everyone thought the same thing as me while watching those moments? How many people remembered their mom?

Hayvanat bahçesinde benim için en özel fotoğraf bu oldu. Kocaman bir yavru zebra annesini emiyordu :) Anne ile yavru arasındaki bu güzel anlar kalabalık bir ziyaretçi gurubu tarafından şaşkınlıkla izleniyordu. O anları seyrederken herkes benimle aynı şeyi düşündü mü acaba? Kaç kişi annesini hatırladı?

The second best photo is of a red deer. I leaned down slightly to take a picture of him and he came closer upwards. I noticed the beauty in his eyes.

İkinci en güzel fotoğraf bir kızıl geyiğe ait. Onu çekmek için aşağıya doğru hafifçe sarktım. O da yukarıya doğru yaklaştı. Gözlerindeki masım güzelliği fark ettim.

I spent a long time wandering among our animal friends, each one more beautiful than the other. One animal that particularly caught my attention was the meerkats. They usually moved in groups. They were cautious in case of danger. I had seen a documentary about them before. The meerkats on guard are very good at hiding quickly when they are warned of danger.

Her biri birbirinden güzel olan hayvan dostlarımız arasında uzun zaman boyunca dolaştım. Özellikle dikkatimi çeken hayvanlardan biri de mirketler oldu. Genelde gurupça hareket ediyorlardı. Tehlike ihtimaline karşı temkinliydiler. Daha önce onlarla ilgili bir belgesel izlemiştim. Nöbetçi mirketler tehlikeyi haber verdiğinde hızlıca saklanma konusunda çok iyiler.

I have a funny story about llamas. A boy was visiting with his family and when he saw the baby llamas in a group:
"Mommy, Mommy! I think they are going to school!" At that moment, everyone who heard him started laughing. I think I will remember those baby llamas going to school for many years :)

Lamalarla ilgili komik bir anım var. Ailesiyle birlikte ziyarete gelen çocuğun biri yavru lamaları toplu şekilde gördüğünde:
"Anne,anne! Galiba okula gidiyorlar!" diye bağırmaya başladı. O sırada çocuğu duyan herkes gülmeye başladı. Sanırım uzun yıllar boyunca okula giden o yavru lamaları hatırlayacağım :)

I didn't expect to see penguins there, which surprised everyone as well as me. They were living in a big pool specially prepared for them.

Penguenleri orada görmeyi beklemiyordum. Bu durum beni olduğu kadar herkesi şaşırttı. Kendilerine özel olarak hazırlanan büyük havuzda yaşıyorlardı.

Look at the cuteness of these desert fox cubs, two brothers sleeping snuggled together.

Bu yavru çöl tilkilerinin tatlılığına bakar mısınız? İki kardeş birbirine sokulmuş bir şekilde uyuyor.

When I saw the white pelican, I felt like I was watching a work of art. It looked very noble with its long beak and thin neck.

The zoo was a beautiful environment for our animal friends. Their nests were large and spacious. They had their own families and friends with them. For these reasons, I left the zoo with my heart at ease. I will not wait for many years for my next visit...

Ak pelikanı gördüğümde kendimi bir sanat eserini izliyormuş gibi hissettim. Uzun gagası ve ince boynu ile oldukça asil görünüyordu.

Hayvanat bahçesinde hayvan dostlarımız için güzel bir ortam oluşturulmuştu. Yuvaları geniş ve ferahtı. Yanlarında kendi aileleri ve arkadaşları vardı. Bu saydığım sebeplerden dolayı oradan gönlüm rahat bir şekilde ayrıldım. Bir sonraki ziyaretim için uzun yıllar beklemeyeceğim...
