There are special places to travel to. Sille in Konya province is just such a place. You come across a different history every step of the way. In addition, it is a privileged place with its cultural, social and local texture.

Seyahat edilmesi gereken özel yerler vardır. Konya iline bağlı Sille tam da öyle bir yer. Her adım başı karşınıza farklı bir tarih çıkıyor. Bunun yanısıra kültürel, sosyal ve yöresel dokusuyla ayrıcalıklı bir yer burası.

Sille is located about 10 km from the center. There are many bus services to the region. Since the places to visit in Sille are very close to each other, it is not a problem not to go with your private car. Many places such as Aya Elena Church, two museums, timeless mosques and baths, caves and devil's bridge are within walking distance.

Sille merkezden yaklaşık 10 km uzakta yer alıyor. Bölgeye çok sayıda otobüs seferi var. Sille'de gezilecek yerler birbirine çok yakın olduğu için özel aracınızla gitmemeniz sorun olmuyor. Aya Elena Klisesi, iki adet müze, zamana meydan okuyan camiler ve hamamlar, mağaralar ve şeytan köprüsü gibi birçok yer yürüme mesafesinde.

The river you see in the photos above is at the entrance of Sille. But this river continues along the long and flamboyant street. There are peasant markets, cafes and restaurants on the street. People are usually gathered here. It is very nice that this main street is closed to traffic until late hours.

Yukarıdaki fotoğraflarda gördüğünüz nehir Sille'nin girişinde. Fakat bu nehir uzun ve gösterişli cadde boyunca devam ediyor. Cadde üzerinde köylü pazarları, cafe ve restaurantlar bulunuyor. İnsanlar genelde buralarda toplanmış durumda. Bu ana caddenin geç saatlere kadar trafiğe kapalı olması ise çok güzel bir durum.

Life is very lively on Sille Street. The products sold in the souvenir shops are an important part of this beauty. I wandered here both during the day and in the evening.

Sille caddesinde hayat oldukça canlı. Hediyelik eşya dükkanlarında satılan ürünler bu güzelliğin önemli bir parçasını oluşturuyor. Hem gündüz vakti hem de akşam boyunca burda gezdim.

I have already mentioned many places that are especially frequented by local and foreign tourists. You can come across such places on the street or in the inner parts of the streets. The stone architecture of these buildings is enough to attract your attention at first glance. The fact that they have survived hundreds of years is enough for me to admire them.

Özellikle yerli ve yabancı turistlerin uğrak noktası olan birçok yeri başta saymıştım. Cadde üzerinde veya sokakların iç kısımlarında bu tür yerlere denk gelebilirsiniz. Bu yapılar taş mimarisiyle ilk bakışta dikkatinizi çekmeye yetiyor. Yüzlerce yıla meydan okuyarak bugüne gelmiş olmaları onlara hayranlık duymam için yeterli.

When I go to such places, I like to see the places where everyone goes. But unlike that, I also like to wander in the alleys that no one else prefers and even get lost in these places. I discover many beautiful things while trying to find my way again. While wandering the alleys of Sille, I saw the old houses. I met the local people here. I even took their photos and sent them to them upon the request of a romantic couple. Of course, I cannot share that photo because they do not have permission. But I wanted to tell it because it was a beautiful memory for me.

Bu tür yerlere gittiğimde herkesin gittiği yerleri görmeyi seviyorum. Fakat farklı olarak heskesin tercih etmediği sokak aralarında dolaşmayı hatta buralarda kaybolmayı da seviyorum. Yolumu yeniden bulmaya çalışırken birçok güzel şey keşfediyorum. Sille'nin ara sokaklarında dolaşırken eskiden kalan evleri gördüm. Buranın yerli insanları ile karşılaştım. Hatta romantik bir çiftin ricası üzerine onların fotoğraflarını çekip kendilerine gönderdim. Tabi o fotoğrafı izinleri olmadığı için paylaşamam. Fakat benim için güzel bir anı olduğu için anlatmak istedim.
