Male Banded Phintella | Phintella vittata

I found another jumper today. But this time with a different species and brilliant colors. Like playing hide and seek with him, the jumper was crawling really fast and agile; he kept dodging here and there.

The jumper's behavior makes me a little tired when I catch the focus, but he...I think he has strong stamina, so he never gets tired of moving.

That super cute jumper is Phintella vittata; yeah, there's no mistake! Carl Ludwig Koch was the arachnologist who first described this species in 1846.

There is metallic blue on the face up to the jaws, banded in black and metallic blue on the neck, while the abdomen is banded in black with a combination of metallic golden blue.
