Monomad: The Pollinator on Boneset Flower

This is what I love most about walking in the village. When the flowers of the weed plants that grow along the side of the road begin to bloom, what is commonly seen is that various insect pollinators come and go, perching there for a moment to suck up the sweet nectar. At that time, I caught a long-banded silverline (Cigaritis lohita), which, with its smooth proboscis, sucked the nectar of white boneset flowers. This beautiful butterfly has thread-thin tassels on its tail. It perches for a moment, sucking as much nectar as it can, then moves on to other flowers to do the same thing, and so on.
