Orange pinwheel at December Mushroom Festival
The mushroom festival is still ongoing and will continue until at least February. There are many beautiful mushrooms with various species that nature shows us.
But, of course, not everyone has the opportunity to see them in person. Only people who like the challenge of exploring nature—more specifically, mushroom lovers—can witness this directly. Yes, these are people who are willing to walk through mud puddles, struggle with vicious mosquitoes, or are willing to roll around on wet ground. You have to be willing to do that, so you can see how the mushroom festival takes place in nature.
Fresh orange pinwheels (Marasmius siccus) appear in small clusters, carpeting a fallen leaf. The mushroom has a caramel brown stem, is tall and upright, and supports a light orange cap. It's beautiful, not artificial!
There's also a pair of orange pinwheels with tissue-thin caps and a slightly faded color. They also rest on a rotting fallen leaf. But it looks like they will soon wither and die and then be reincarnated with the mycelium in a prettier and fresher form, perhaps!
It's good that you have a couple of months ahead of you to search for mushrooms, dear friend @akukamaruzzaman, it's several weeks until February
It is true, it is not an easy task to go out and look for mushrooms, as you say, you have to overcome several obstacles to obtain the great prize. Find mushrooms.
What a beautiful name you have for these mushrooms ¨Marasmius¨¨siccus¨ I love their shape and how delicate they look
Beautiful photographs. congratulations
Thank you
