I'm hyped today. Like everyone here that I have read so far.

You see there are so many posts because of the all time high being achieved by Hive. I must tell you though that while I am excited I am also anxious because I am not a whale and cashing out would not be smart for me because what is a couple of thousand bucks going to last me for?

Two thousand dollars worth of beer?

I could cash out and buy myself two grands worth of beer and hard liquor. That would lift my spirits for sure. And I will probably even get a good amount of posts from my uninhibited brain working overtime with material that I can use to post here on hive. There is that cause and effect working towards a positive outcome.

However, it would mean an increased consumption of liver destroying joy coming in hot and strong since two grand is a decent amount purchasing power.

Honestly though, the stock would last me about one month. I would devour them like a whale eating its plankton feed in a day.

Two thousand dollars worth of clothes.

Seems like a great idea. I could go shopping for new clothes that would make look like I am going to get me some hotties. Then I would probably have to then get more money to spend to take them out. Two grand of clothes plus a new hole in my pocket from the mistresses that I will acquire.

Not a very smart idea

More importantly I will lose my family and go destitute in about a week of starting this brilliant idea.

Two thousand dollars worth of stocks.

Increase in my portfolio. I think this is the icing in the cake. Hmmm looks to be the winner when I think about it. Mind you in the long run this would probably provide me with a good outcome that I am willing to bet will get me to the moon quicker.

But where is the fun in that

Don't get me wrong there are a lot of brilliant ideas out there and this is probably one of them. However, I know me and I will probably regret it in about a day or two and the liquidate them to go with the two activities mentioned above. Brokerage costs would then mean I will have less in my pocket than when I started from the liquidation of Hive.

Thousand dollars worth of paper value.

Its the safest bet that after thinking about this ideas in the last five minutes, because I have written up to here in about five minutes I can say to myself. I am lying it took about ten minutes, but who is counting.

I digress.

So I am thinking to just Hodl. Because frankly I like to have a bit of weight in my walk around Hive. Plus I'd like to earn that whale badge some day. While there is no immediate benefit for me other than looking at the price of Hive and wondering and probably give me a stomach thinking if the price will hold. After all crypto is volatile.

One thing though that really strike me. I have just had this thought come in my head. There will be whales wanting to cash out some of their Hodlings. I say go for it. It will mean fat profits and a chance for everyone else to get closer to you in standing.
