I was thinking of posting about actifit but I have recently changed tghe functionon my phone, diabling biometrics since the new screen protector is too thick to allow me to use my thumb print.
That's a mouth full.
Well I walked today, guess I'll share that detail since I had planned to post about steps and what better way to increase them is walking through the park. Breathing in the fresh air. Taking big breaths, through my nose then out slowly. THe nostrils flaring from the large intake of air into my lungs.
What better way to get healthy than fresh air. Through photosynthesis. Don't you just love that word. Photosynthesis. I mean we breathe out the very same particle necessary for plants to give us air to breathe.
I can remember a long time ago, I heard that word and it made me fascinated with science. I only got as far as physics and biology at a high school level. Not sure why I'm mentioning this to you.
I have recently gotten back to playing Rimworld. It's new expansion Biotech, I wouldn't call it a must have but I am sure if you know the game well you will want to get it.
