Hola nuevamente mis estimados amigos amantes del dibujo, las ilustraciones y el arte en general, quiero presentar a ustedes a ESTRELLA DEL SOL, un trabajo hecho con acuarelas y un poco de pintura acrílica sobre una hoja de papel Bond.

Hello again my dear friends who love drawing, illustrations and art in general, I want to introduce you to ESTRELLA DEL SOL, a work done with watercolors and a little acrylic paint on a sheet of Bond paper.

El Boceto inicial (prácticas de dibujo):

He estado practicando un poco dibujar el rostro femenino, y este trabajo es una de esas prácticas, todo comienza a manera de boceto como una simple práctica haciendo líneas ligeras y suaves sobre la hoja para posteriormente aplicar algunas sombras para dar algo de volumen en algunos casos. Pueden ver a la derecha de sus pantallas el dibujo sin colorear.

The initial Sketch (drawing practices):
I have been practicing a bit drawing the female face, and this work is one of those practices, everything starts as a sketch as a simple practice making light and smooth lines on the sheet to later apply some shadows to give some volume in some cases . You can see on the right of your screens the drawing without coloring.

Muchos detalles faltan por resolver, pero si no practicamos no nos daremos cuenta de aquellos aspectos en los cuales debemos mejorar y poner mayor empeño.

Pintando con Acuarelas y un poco de Pintura Acrílica:

Hecho el dibujo no pude contener las ganas de colorarlo, era como que si ella me invitara a usar el pincel, siento que me veía y con sus ojos me decía que tenía que pintarla.

Estaba consciente que ella estaba sobre una hoja de papel Bond, una superficie muy frágil para ser utilizada con técnicas de agua, sin embargo sucumbí a la tentación y me atreví con el pincel.

Painting with Watercolors and a little Acrylic Paint:
Once the drawing was done, I couldn't contain the desire to color it, it was as if she invited me to use the brush, I feel that she saw me and with her eyes told me that I had to paint her.

I was aware that she was on a sheet of Bond paper, a very fragile surface to be used with water techniques, however I succumbed to temptation and dared with the brush.

Sabía de ante mano que una vez que el pincel hiciera contacto con la hoja ya no había vuelta atrás, solo quedaba seguir adelante y dejarme llevar por los trazos, cada pincelada era un riesgo, dañar la hoja o seguir pintando esperando que la pincelada fuera bien recibida.

I knew beforehand that once the brush made contact with the sheet there was no turning back, the only thing left was to go ahead and let myself be carried away by the strokes, each brushstroke was a risk, damaging the sheet or continuing to paint hoping that the brushstroke would go well. received.

A medida que iba avanzando sentía como ESTRELLA DEL SOL le daba paso a los colores, cada pincelada era un camino ganado disminuyendo la distancia hacía un resultado final satisfactorio. El papel aunque se mojaba recibía el pincel con complacencia, todo iba muy bien.

Cada vez que recibía color y se humedecía se volvía mas fuerte para la próxima pincelada.

As I was advancing I felt like ESTRELLA DEL SOL gave way to the colors, each brushstroke was a path gained, reducing the distance towards a satisfactory final result. Although the paper got wet, it received the brush with satisfaction, everything was going very well.

Each time she received color and got wet she would get stronger for the next stroke.

El secreto está en atreverse, si no te atreves no sabrás si lo vas a poder hacerno o no, me atreví a ver tus ojos azules, ventanas del cielo que reflejan el sol, yo seguí adelante con el pincel dando forma a tu hermosa figura.

The secret is to dare, if you do not dare you will not know if you will be able to do it or not, I dared to see your blue eyes, windows of the sky that reflect the sun, I went ahead with the brush shaping your beautiful figure.

El hecho está casi consumado, el pincel recorriendo toda la superfie de la hoja, siendo travieso al dejar el azul, el amarillo y los demás colores sobre ella, desordenados pero a la vez formando una imagen atractiva a los ojos. Solo faltaba tocar sus labios sonrientes y plasmar el fondo que acompaña la escena.

The fact is almost complete, the brush covering the entire surface of the sheet, being mischievous by leaving blue, yellow and other colors on it, disordered but at the same time forming an attractive image to the eyes. It only remained to touch her smiling lips and capture the background that accompanies the scene.

Llegamos al final:

Atreverme a pintar esta linda chica fue muy satisfactorio, valió la pena el riesgo, cuando comenzamos a pintar así como lo hice en esta oportunidad no se sabe como será el resultado final, creo que la obra rte va guiando y toma vida propia para decirte como quiere ser pintada.

Eso pasó aquí, ella es ESTRELLA DEL SOL.

We come to the end:
Dare to paint this pretty girl was very satisfying, it was worth the risk, when we start painting like I did this time, you don't know what the final result will be like, I think the work guides you and takes on a life of its own to tell you how wants to be painted.
