Learning Digital Drawing - Gluttony [Eng-Esp]

Hey community, this time I want to share with you this new illustration that I have made inspired a bit by the sin of gluttony, and that has also served me as a portrait study; In this last week I had not published anything since I felt that my drawings were going from bad to worse and nothing was going as I wanted so I dedicated these days to practicing a specific method for drawing and focusing only on that and from there came this idea of illustration since I think that sometimes I have so much desire to cover all the areas of the drawing in an instant and in the end I do not end up focusing or practicing a specific area enough "now that I think about it this could also be considered greed"; But well, I just wanted to explain the origin of the illustration, so here I leave you with the images of the process.

Hey comunidad, en esta ocasion os quiero compartir esta nueva ilustracion que he realizado inspirado un poco en el pecado de la gula, y que tambien me ha servido como estudio de retrato; en esta ultima semana no habia publicado nada ya que sentia que mis dibujos iban de mal en peor y nada me salia como queria asi que me dedique estos dias a practicar un metodo especifico para el dibujo y enfocarme solo en eso y de ahi surgio esta idea de ilustracion ya que pienso que a veces tengo tantas ansias de abarcar todas las areas del dibujo en un instante y al final no termino centrandome ni practicando lo suficiente un area en especifico "ahora que lo pienso esto tambien podria ser considerado codicia"; pero bueno solo queria explicarles el origen de la ilustracion, asi que a continuación los dejo con las imágenes del proceso.

Process 📝 Proceso

To start with the sketch, look for a reference in which there was a girl with a long neck since that is where I would adapt this kind of mouth that I had in mind, after this it seemed like a good idea to make the tongue long like that of venom and that it fell on her bust which would give her a bit of eroticism, after having the sketch already made, she proceeded to clean it to leave the lines that she would need the most.

Para empezar con el boceto busque una referencia en la cual hubiese una chica con el cuello largo ya que alli es donde adaptaria esta especie de boca que tenia en mente, luego de esto me parecio buena idea hacer que la lengua fuera larga como la de venom y que cayera sobre su busto lo cual le daria un poco de erotismo, luego de tener el boceto ya realizado procedi a limpiarlo para dejar las lineas que mas fuese a necesitar.

For the painting part, this time I started with a gray scale in which it took me a while to locate myself since I hadn't painted anything for more than a week and it seemed that I didn't know where to start, after this setback I wanted to focus on the part of the bust and the mouth of the neck, where the greatest areas of contrast would be and for the part of the face keep everything very simple since that is my idea of style to develop, in which the bodies have expressive lines and the faces are soft giving it greater prominence to the eyes; after this I decided to add color with gradient maps and layers in color mode.

Para la parte de la pintura empece esta vez con una escala de grises en la que me costo un poco ubicarme ya que tenia mas de una semana sin pintar nada y parecia que no sabia por donde empezar, superado este contratiempo quise centrarme en la parte del busto y la boca del cuello, donde estarian las mayores zonas de contraste y para la parte de la cara mantener todo muy sencillo ya que esa es mi idea de estilo a desarrolar, en la que los cuerpos tengan trazos expresivos y las caras sean suaves dandole mayor protagonismo a los ojos; luego de esto decidi agregar color con mapas de degradado y capas en modo color.

To finish this illustration I decided to add the corresponding glitters, define the eyes which I did in a simple way so as not to steal the prominence of the mouth of the neck, I also tried to make a kind of slime on the tongue, which I had never done and it was interesting as practice, I also reduced the size of his mouth which I thought was very big and finally I emphasized some lights to give it more drama and that would be all for this illustration, I hope you liked it and I thank you for taking the time to see my work, we see the next bye bye

Para terminar esta ilustración decidí agregar los brillos correspondientes, definir los ojos lo cual hice de manera sencilla para no robarle el protagonismo a la boca del cuello, también traté de hacer una especie de baba en la lengua, que Nunca lo había hecho y fue interesante como práctica, también reduje el tamaño de su boca que me pareció muy grande y finalmente remarqué algunas luces para darle más dramatismo y eso sería todo por esta ilustración, espero que les haya gustado y les agradezco por tomarse el tiempo de ver mi trabajo, nos vemos en la proxima adios
