Hola amigos de hive! Hoy les vengo a contar mi experiencia con una los temas más comunes en los últimos tiempos en la vida del venezolano: la apostilla, y es que debido a la migración que hemos tenido en los últimos años muchas personas buscan validar sus estudios o documentos civiles internacionalmente.
¿Qué es lo primero que debo hacer?
Ingresar al "Sistema de legalización y apostilla" dónde encontrarás un mensaje que indica el día que puedes ingresar a la plataforma por terminal de cédula de identidad.
Luego que ingreses el día que te corresponde, debes ir a la pestaña de documentos cargar los códigos y posterior solicitar tu cita.
Sí es un apoderado porque te encuentras fuera de Venezuela, esa persona debe tener un poder notariado (obvio) y el código de ese poder lo ingresará en la opción de apoderado, por cierto, las citas las otorgan para casi un mes después de la solicitud.
Te asignan la cita según el lugar que escojas, en mi caso, fue CANTV los chaguaramos municipio Libertador, dónde atienden los días sábados y entregan los documentos el mismo día.
¿Qué debo llevar el día de mi cita?
Lo primero es: paciencia.
También debes llevar copias del documento de identidad, el correo de la cita, y si tienes poder copia de CI de la persona apoderada y del poder, debes tener bolívares y una tarjeta de débito para pagar por cada documento aproximadamente 5 dólares al cambio. El estar todo el día o no, dependerá de la oficina de atención que selecciones, hay otras dónde atienden los días de semanas y los documentos no son entregados el mismo día.
Casi siempre cuando llegues a la cola habrán personas solicitando tus documentos para hacer una revisión previa y asignarte el número que tienes en fila, cómo este:
En mi caso, luego de que me asignarán este número fueron pasando de 6 en 6 personas para realizar el pago de los documentos, el siguiente procedimiento es la validación de los mismos y posterior es la entrega, el tiempo de duración puede variar dependiendo del tipo de documento y como mencioné arriba también dependerá de que oficina de atención seleccionen.
