La Isla de las Emociones(Inteligencia Emocional con los NIÑOS n°7)//The Island of Emotions(Emotional Intelligence with CHILDREN n°7)(Esp-Eng)

¡Saludos Querida Comunidad!

Quiero compartir con ustedes una de las actividades que he realizado con los niños para trabajar la inteligencia emocional a través de la dramatización y los cuentos.

Comenzaremos haciendo algunos elementos que utilizaremos para el cuento titulado "La Isla de las Emociones" un hermoso relato del autor Jorge Bucay, quien es médico, psicodramaturgo, terapeuta y escritor argentino.

Elaborando Escenografía

Haremos barcos utilizando material reciclado: cajas de cartón, hojas recicladas, pegamento, pintura en frío y pinceles.

Recortaremos nuestras cajas con la silueta del barco y luego lo pegaremos sobre hojas recicladas.

Una vez seco, haremos unos diseños que los niños pintarán a su gusto.

Y así con trazos de diferentes líneas rectas, curvas, diagonales, los niños pintaron lo que serían nuestros barcos para nuestro cuento la isla de las emociones.

A través de este cuento los niños pueden escenificar diferentes emociones, esto les permite conocer más sobre ellas, del mismo modo sacar a la luz emociones como la pena o el miedo, permitiendo a través de la actuación transformarlas y conseguir emociones de tranquilidad y seguridad que les permitan actuar y representar un determinado papel.

Cuento La Isla de las Emociones

La historia de La isla de las emociones comienza contando que en una isla vivían diferentes emociones como el amor, el miedo, la tristeza, la sabiduría, la previsión, la vanidad y la riqueza.

Un día la Sabiduría los reunió a todos y les dijo que la isla se iba a hundir y que todos tenían que encontrar la manera de salvarse y salir de la isla y les sugirió que podían hacerlo construyendo un barco, una balsa, que les permitiera trasladarse a otra isla.

La Sabiduría había construido un avión y partiría hacia la isla vecina.

Todas las emociones empezaron a construir sus barcos menos el Amor, el Amor, no quería dejar la isla porque había vivido muchos momentos en ella, y se distraía paseando por la isla, oliendo las flores, revolcándose en la arena y en un momento dado la isla empezó a hundirse, allí se dio cuenta de que no habría construido un barco, se acercó al lugar más alto para pedir ayuda.

Vio venir la barca de Riqueza, estaba llena de lujos, joyas y riquezas y le preguntó a Riqueza si podía llevarla, ella le dijo que no, que estaba llena de riquezas que no cabía y siguió.

Entonces llegó la barca de Vanidad y le dijo.

- ¡¡¡¡Vanidad, Vanidad, sálvame!!!! No he hecho una barca.

Y Vanidad le contestó que estaba muy sucia y llorosa y que ensuciaría la barca, así que no la llevó.

Vio que se acercaba un barquito, el de Tristeza y le pidió a Tristeza que la llevara, Tristeza le contestó que estaba muy triste y siguió su camino.

El amor comenzó a llorar, cómo podía desaparecer, si ella desaparecía toda la Tierra se quedaría sin amor.

Escuchó que alguien le susurraba, era un viejito, Se acercó y cuando Amor iba a contarle, le tapó la boca y le dijo que subiera.

La llevó a la siguiente isla y luego desapareció.

Al llegar a la isla, el Amor le preguntó a la Sabiduría.

-Sabiduría, un viejo que no conozco me salvó, ¿sabes quién es?

La Sabiduría respondió:

- Ese viejo es el tiempo, porque el tiempo es el único que cura las heridas del amor que sufre una pérdida.

I want to share with you one of the activities I have done with the children to work on emotional intelligence through dramatization and stories.

We will start by making some elements that we will use for the story titled "The Island of Emotions" a beautiful story by the author Jorge Bucay, who is an Argentine doctor, psychodramatist, therapist and writer.

Elaborating Scenography

We will make boats using recycled material: cardboard boxes, recycled leaves, glue, cold paint and paintbrushes.

We will cut out our boxes with the silhouette of the boat and then glue it on recycled sheets.

Once dry, we will make some designs that the children will paint as they like.

And so with strokes of different straight lines, curves, diagonals, the children painted what would be our boats for our story the island of emotions.

Through this story the children can stage different emotions, this allows them to learn more about them, in the same way bring to light emotions such as grief or fear, allowing through acting transform them and get emotions of tranquility and security that allow them to act and play a certain role.

The Island of Emotions Story

The story of The Island of Emotions begins by telling that on an island lived different emotions such as love, fear, sadness, wisdom, foresight, vanity and wealth.

One day Wisdom gathered them all together and told them that the island was going to sink and that they all had to find a way to save themselves and get off the island and suggested that they could do so by building a boat, a raft, that would allow them to move to another island.

Wisdom had built an airplane and would leave for the neighboring island.

All emotions began to build their boats except love, love, he did not want to leave the island because he had lived many moments on it, and was distracted by walking around the island, smelling the flowers, rolling in the sand and at one point the island began to sink, there he realized that he would not have built a boat, he approached the highest place to ask for help.

He saw Wealth's boat coming, it was full of luxuries, jewels and riches and he asked Wealth if he could carry it, she said no, it was full of riches that would not fit and went on.

Then Vanity's boat arrived and she said to him.

- ¡¡¡¡Vanity, Vanity, save me!!!! I have not made a boat.

And Vanity answered her that she was very dirty and weeping and that she would dirty the boat, so she would not take her.

She saw a little boat approaching, Tristeza's boat and asked Tristeza to take her, Tristeza replied that she was very sad and went on her way.

Love began to cry, how could she disappear, if she disappeared the whole Earth would be without love.

He heard someone whispering to him, it was a little old man, He came closer and when Love was about to tell him, he covered her mouth and told her to come up.

He took her to the next island and then disappeared.

Arriving at the island, Love asked Wisdom.

Wisdom, an old man I don't know saved me, do you know who he is?

Wisdom replied:

- That old man is time, because time is the only one who heals the wounds of love who suffers a loss.
