Quiero compartir con ustedes una herramienta maravillosa para conocernos a nosotros mismos como es el Eneagrama, es un estudio que nos permite determinar nuestros rasgos de personalidad y así descubrir aquellos aspectos que determinan nuestros comportamientos, tanto para reconducirlos como para sacar todo nuestro potencial.

Después de recorrer el camino de un Curso de Milagros, que comparto en mi post Un Curso de Milagro. Transforma tu manera de ver la Vida. y que transformó mi vida en muchos aspectos, continué con mi Coach, mi madre, ya que juntas hemos recorrido estos caminos y ella también se dedica a formar grupos de Crecimiento Personal, durante un año estudiamos esta herramienta del Eneagrama y para mí conocer mi tipo de personalidad me permitió corregir muchos aspectos que creía que por ser naturales en mí, debía sostener, sin darme cuenta de todo el daño que estaba haciendo y que no me permitía avanzar en la vida de manera plena y feliz.

El Eneagrama no sólo le permite conocer su tipo de personalidad, sino que también le permite conocer el tipo de personalidad de otras personas.

La palabra eneagrama es de origen griego y se forma a partir de la palabra "enea" que significa nueve y "grama" que es gráfico. Es decir, gráfico de nueve.

Son nueve los tipos de personalidades que te voy a mostrar, nueve formas diferentes de actuar, de pensar, de sentir, todas ellas producto de las experiencias vividas en los primeros años de vida.

Personalidad Nº 1

El Perfeccionista.

Como su nombre indica esta personalidad son personas que buscan la perfección en todo, son detallistas, meticulosos, rígidos y siguen fielmente las normas y patrones, lo que les hace ser rígidos e inflexibles. Son autoritarios y generalmente les gusta ordenar y que se cumpla lo que dicen.

El Ayudante.

Son personas que se dedican al servicio a los demás, son amables, serviciales, atentos,dedicados, les gusta ayudar, hacer el bien, y son capaces de hacer todo por los demás olvidándose de sí mismos.

El Triunfador.

Esta personalidad está centrada en la imagen, la fama y el reconocimiento. Son personas que buscan destacarse en lo que hacen, son competitivos y buscan el éxito.

El Individualista.

Son reservados, sensibles, temperamentales, se aíslan fácilmente, suelen ser dramáticos por lo que a este tipo de personalidad se le da bien el arte, la actuación, el teatro.

Personalidad Nº 5

El Investigador.

Son personas analíticas, lógicas, como decir hemisferio izquierdo, todo debe pasar por un estudio o verificación ya que les interesa la respuesta de todo, son amantes de la información y el Conocimiento. Como su nombre lo describe, pueden ver todo en detalle y percibir, por lo que les gusta mantenerse al margen en lugar de participar en un escenario.

El Leal.

Son personas trabajadoras, comprometidas, nerviosas y desconfiadas. Son temerosos e indecisos y pueden reaccionar de forma evasiva o a la defensiva cuando se enfadan.

El Entusiasta.

Son personas alegres, divertidas, que viven más en el cielo que en la tierra, les gusta imaginar, planificar. Son muy inteligentes y les gusta experimentar y disfrutar de la vida.

El Desafiador.

Son dominantes, imponentes, seguros de sí mismos y les gusta controlar. Son aquellos que no se detienen y son capaces de decir o hacer lo que quieren, por lo que pueden ser personas agresivas, repulsivas o amenazantes.

El Pacificador.

Son personas que evitan discutir, llevar la contraria o generar problemas. Buscan la paz y la armonía desempeñando el papel de conciliadores. Su temperamento es tranquilo y les encanta estar relajados, por lo que incluso cuando tienen problemas los minimizan para no perder la paz.

Mi tipo de personalidad es 2 Ayudador, pude identificar los principales defectos de mi personalidad, como la búsqueda de afecto y aprobación. Aprendí a decir no, sin sentirme culpable. Aprendí a valorarme, a descubrir esas áreas ocultas y lo perjudicial que puede ser. Identifiqué mi defecto, el orgullo, y aprendí a respetar los procesos de cada persona sin querer salvar el mundo. Pude corroborar mi rol como facilitadora de procesos de transformación interna y saber que mi personalidad iba de la mano con mi rol en la Vida.

Este es un estudio profundo y muy valioso, si quieres identificar tu tipo de personalidad te dejo el enlace al TEST . A veces es difícil ubicar el tipo exacto ya que tenemos un poco de todos, pero tenemos un sello particular que nos distingue y el eneagrama describe las diferentes personalidades.

I want to share with you a wonderful tool to know ourselves as the Enneagram, it is a study that allows us to determine our personality traits and thus discover those aspects that determine our behaviors, both to redirect or to bring out our full potential.

Transform the way you look at life. . and that transformed my life in many ways, I continued with my Coach, my mother, since together we have traveled these roads and she is also dedicated to form groups of Personal Growth, for a year we studied this tool of the Enneagram and for me to know my personality type allowed me to correct many aspects that I believed that because they were natural in me, I should hold, without realizing all the damage that I was doing and that did not allow me to move forward in life in a full and happy way.

The Enneagram not only allows you to know your personality type, but it also allows you to know the personality type of other people.

The word enneagram is of Greek origin and is formed from the word "enea" which means nine and "grama" which is graphic. That is, graphic of nine.

There are nine types of personalities that I am going to show you, nine different ways of acting, thinking, feeling, all of them the product of the experiences lived in the first years of life.

They are analytical, logical people, like to say left hemisphere, everything must be passed by a study or verification since they are interested in the answer of everything, they are lovers of the information and the Knowledge. As its name describes it, they can see everything in detail and perceive, so they like to remain on the sidelines rather than participate in a scenario.

They are hard-working, committed, nervous and distrustful people. They are fearful and indecisive. They are fearful and indecisive and may react evasively or defensively when angry.

They are cheerful, fun people, who live more in heaven than on earth, they like to imagine, to plan. They are very intelligent and like to experiment and enjoy life.

They are dominant, imposing, self-confident, and like to control. They are those who do not stop and are able to say or do what they want so they can be aggressive, repulsive or threatening people.

They are people who avoid arguing, being contrary or generating problems. They seek peace and harmony by playing the role of conciliator. Their temperament is calm and they love to be relaxed, so even when they have problems they minimize them in order not to lose their peace.

My personality type is 2 Helper, I was able to identify the main flaws in my personality, such as seeking affection and approval. I learned to say no, without feeling guilty. I learned to value myself, to discover those hidden areas and how damaging it can be. I identified my flaw, pride, and learned to respect the processes of each person without wanting to save the world. I was able to corroborate my role as a facilitator of internal transformation processes and to know that my personality went hand in hand with my role in Life.

This is a deep and very valuable study, if you want to identify your personality type I leave you the link to the TEST. Sometimes it is difficult to locate the exact type since we have a little bit of everyone, but we have a particular stamp that distinguishes us and the enneagram describes the different personalities.
