" Modo aleh ", con experiencias y sobre temas relacionados con ideas o reflexiones de mis investigaciones existencialistas.

Este tema tiene muchas variantes y suele ser un debate legal en muchos países , que aún no aprueban esta medida y estos últimos años un tema mundial de análisis , en temas sociales causa mucho impacto , al hacerlo viral en situaciones de agobio , y quise crear este post , como siempre de mis interrogantes , no soy profesional ni psicólogo .

¿ EUTANASIA LEGAL ?

El significado de eutanasia en griego , esta palabra proviene de los vocablos "eu" que indica bueno, y de "thanatos" que se refiere a la muerte. El significado etimológico de eutanasia es buena muerte .

El término de eutanasia pasiva legal , es la que rechaza tratamiento y también el soporte vital , tenemos el derecho consciente , autónomo , libre de esta acción , hacer un documento donde esta decisión sea cumplida para un confort de nuestra muerte dejando de manera específica los pasos a seguir . Por supuesto también podría ser costoso , si el país donde estamos residenciados o nuestro país natal , no tiene esta ley . El nombre de suicidio asistido o como legalmente lo llaman , tiene asistencia médica y una guia donde el paciente , es el que toma las decisiones de el medio de su muerte, en las leyes se alega que es poco ortodoxo , ético e inhumano asistir una muerte a voluntad , por eso esta alternativa aún es un tabú , socialmente sería un descontrol económico , los humanistas han estado en contra de esta acción , para evitar sufrimientos y poder salvar a las personas y los derechos morales , pero es una decisión personal del sufrimiento de cada ser humano .

El confortamiento , legal , religioso y médico , ha estado en constante conflicto desde hace unos años que salieron pacientes y libros sobre esta práctica , donde el tratamiento paliativo , calmando el sufrimiento y siendo el verdugo pasivo de un paciente con decisión de terminal , no se llega 10 países que aceptan esta acción legal . El procesos de cada ley en estos países donde se aprobó , consta de una observación médica ( dos médicos diferentes ) , la evaluación determina si el paciente tiene menos de 6 meses de vida y su salud irá agravándose con dolor agudo , si el paciente puede ser salvado con tratamiento , este derecho no aplica . Como dije cada ley varía según el país , Luxemburgo , Canadá , España y países bajo , comparten la eutanasia como derecho .

Existen tipos de eutanasia :

• Cacotanasia : Esta se emplea sin el consentimiento del paciente , y se le dice tener mala muerte en griego .

• Ortotanasia : Consiste que tener el tiempo de muerte del paciente y dándole una muerte a gusto y digna .

• Distanasia : Es el medio donde se pospone de manera artificial la muerte del paciente

• Medicina paliativa : Realiza el proceso de alivio mediante medicamentos que te hacen sentir cómodo al paciente , para no causar dolor ni acelerar su muerte , solo un proceso natural de la enfermedad terminal .

Personalmente , la eutanasia , es para mi es una decisión personal , que se puede tomar como última medida de vida , las leyes están hechas para respaldar la seguridad y los valores de cada ser humano , pero el hecho de verlo como un atentado a nuestra integridad lúgubre,es el control social , cada país tiene el derecho de respaldar cada aspecto humano , por eso esta ley no a sido del toda aprobada , los asuntos religiosos y humanos , siguen en conflicto .

¿ LEGAL EUTHANASIA ?

Comfort , legal , religious and medical , has been in constant conflict since a few years ago that came out patients and books about this practice , where palliative treatment , soothing the suffering and being the passive executioner of a patient with terminal decision , is not reached 10 countries that accept this legal action . The process of each law in these countries where it was approved , consists of a medical observation ( two different doctors ) , the evaluation determines if the patient has less than 6 months to live and his health will be worsening with acute pain , if the patient can be saved with treatment , this right does not apply . As I said each law varies from country to country , Luxembourg , Canada , Spain and low countries , share euthanasia as a right .

There are types of euthanasia :

• Cacotanasia : This is used without the patient's consent , and is said to have bad death in Greek .

• Orthothanasia : It consists of having the time of death of the patient and giving him/her a death with pleasure and dignity.

• Dysthanasia : It is the means by which the patient's death is artificially postponed.

• Palliative medicine : It carries out the process of relief by means of medicines that make the patient feel comfortable, so as not to cause pain or accelerate their death, just a natural process of terminal illness.

Personally , euthanasia , is for me is a personal decision , which can be taken as a last measure of life , the laws are made to support the safety and values of every human being , but to see it as an attack on our integrity gloomy , is social control , every country has the right to support every human aspect , that is why this law has not been fully approved , religious and human issues , are still in conflict . na legal death
