Photography Lovers End of Year Contest - Aleksandra Mart

This year was not easy for me, but very eventful.
I finally got divorced after 8 years of marriage, found and lost my job again, reflected a lot and traveled.
My trips have been the most enjoyable experiences of this year. That's what I'll talk about. :))

Two times this year I was in the Crimea. They were short weekend trips. But I still managed to visit the most interesting places there. Kachi-Callon - the view from there is spectacular.

Unique pink lake Sasyk-Sivash. I really wanted to see it and it's really unusual.

Mount Ai-Petri. My friends and I had a very long drive up a serpentine road to get there. But it was worth it. We were very lucky to be there during the fog.
I highly recommend to visit all these places to those who will be in the Crimea.

My full-value vacation was in the Maldives. And it's the best place on earth to come to your senses. I am very glad that I was able to be there.

The sunsets there are amazing. This place really is heaven on earth. I dream to go back there again)

Also, my own sister got married. It was a small wedding in Sochi. Only close relatives were invited. And we had a wonderful vacation and time as a family.

I really hope that these trips with the family will become a tradition for us. And we will do it regularly. Before my sister's wedding, the last vacation with my parents was back in my childhood.

I also traveled to St. Petersburg to visit my friends for a housewarming party. They finally finished renovating their apartment. We celebrated and walked around a lot.

I also visited Istanbul for the first time. Very beautiful and colorful city.

From Istanbul I went to Cappadocia. And that's where another dream of mine came true. I flew and met the sunrise in a hot air balloon. It was amazing.

I almost forgot, in May I was with friends in Karelia)) While writing this post and remembering all the places - I realized that the year was not so bad.😄

Even in spite of the pandemic this year I managed to work as a photographer at many great concerts . It's my extra job - a hobby. A business that I love very much ) That's why these photos are also very precious to me.

A little bit of my work)

Another important event for me. I worked as a photographer on a music video shoot for my favorite rock band - Bi-2. Filming lasted several days, in different locations. One of the locations is Mosfilm, a professional video studio.

It was very interesting for me to work there and see the whole process from the inside.
