Excursion to Valtrigona Valley, Telve - Trentino Alto Adige - Discovering Italy with alequandro!

It was a hot summer day when I decided to embark on an excursion in the suggestive Valtrigona Valley, located in the heart of Trentino Alto Adige in Telve. The air was fresh and fragrant as the sun's rays filtered through the trees, creating a mosaic of light and shadow along the path that wound through the woods.

Era una calda giornata estiva quando decisi di intraprendere un'escursione nella suggestiva Valle Valtrigona, situata nel cuore del Trentino Alto Adige a Telve. L'aria era fresca e profumata, mentre i raggi del sole filtravano tra le fronde degli alberi, creando un mosaico di luce e ombra lungo il sentiero che si snodava attraverso il bosco.

I left early in the morning, but decided to have a packed lunch and then set off full of enthusiasm.

Partii presto al mattino, ma decisi di pranzare al sacco e poi incamminarmi carico di entusiasmo.

The sound of my footsteps echoed in the silence of nature, interrupted only by birdsong and the rustle of leaves moved by the light breeze. The trail was well marked, and following the signs, initially uphill, I ventured deeper and deeper into the valley.

Il suono dei miei passi risuonava nel silenzio della natura, interrotto solamente dal canto degli uccelli e dal fruscio delle foglie mosse dalla brezza leggera. Il sentiero era ben segnato, e seguendo le indicazioni, inizialmente in salita, mi avventurai sempre più in profondità nella valle.

As I gained altitude, the view became more and more spectacular. The Valtrigona Valley is famous for its breathtaking landscapes, in fact it is also possible to reach the WWF Oasis which one day I will decide to reach. In the distance, I could admire the towering peaks that are over 2000 meters.

Man mano che guadagnavo quota, la vista si faceva sempre più spettacolare. La Valle Valtrigona è famosa per i suoi paesaggi mozzafiato, infatti è possibile raggiungere anche l'Oasi WWF che un giorno mi deciderò a raggiungerla. In lontananza, potevo ammirare le cime imponenti che superano i 2000 metri.

The green of the pastures and woods extended to the foothills of the mountains, creating a vivid and fascinating contrast.

Il verde dei pascoli e dei boschi si estendeva ai piedi delle montagne, creando un contrasto vivido e affascinante.

After a couple of hours of walking, I reached a spot that looked like a postcard how beautiful it was!

Dopo un paio d'ore di cammino, raggiunsi un punto che sembrava una cartolina da quanto era bello!

The water from the creek made the scene lively and alive.

I decided to take a short break here, sitting on a boulder by the water. The silence and tranquility of the place enveloped me, allowing me to completely disconnect from the frenzy of everyday life.

Decisi di fare una breve pausa qui, sedendomi su un masso vicino all'acqua. Il silenzio e la tranquillità del luogo mi avvolsero, permettendomi di staccare completamente dalla frenesia della vita quotidiana.

Having refreshed myself, I resumed my walk along the path which now descended gently into the valley. I crossed meadows dotted with colorful flowers and crossed small streams that flowed placidly.

Dopo essermi rinfrescato, ripresi il cammino lungo il sentiero che ora scendeva dolcemente nella valle. Attraversai prati punteggiati da fiori colorati e attraversai piccoli ruscelli che scorrevano placidamente.

Although it was August, along the way, I didn't meet any other hikers, I had the beauty of nature all to myself.

Nonostante fosse agosto, lungo il percorso, non incontrai altri escursionisti, avevo la bellezza della natura tutta per me.

The Valtrigona Valley still offered me surprising panoramas and suggestive corners, including an ancient alpine refuge that seemed almost suspended between heaven and earth. Finally, the path took me to complete my loop, bringing me back to the starting point. Looking around once more, I felt a feeling of gratitude for having had the opportunity to explore such a magnificent place.

La Valle Valtrigona mi offrì ancora panorami sorprendenti e angoli suggestivi, tra cui un antico rifugio alpino che sembrava quasi sospeso tra il cielo e la terra. Infine, il sentiero mi portò a completare il mio giro, riportandomi al punto di partenza. Guardandomi attorno una volta ancora, provai una sensazione di gratitudine per aver avuto l'opportunità di esplorare un luogo così magnifico.

As I walked back home, I reflected on how important it is to preserve and respect these natural places. The Valtrigona Valley had given me an unforgettable day, full of emotions and timeless beauty, and I felt lucky to have been part of that landscape, even if only for a brief moment.

Mentre tornavo verso casa, riflettevo su quanto fosse importante preservare e rispettare questi luoghi naturali. La Valle Valtrigona mi aveva donato una giornata indimenticabile, ricca di emozioni e bellezze senza tempo, e mi sentivo fortunato di aver fatto parte di quel paesaggio, anche se solo per un breve istante.
