Hola amigos!, ¿Qué tal?, primera vez publicando por acá para venir a mostrarles un poco sobre todo el proceso de trabajo realizando un portafolio para una charla que dí sobre el riñón en el consultorio donde estoy realizando mi proyecto comunitario🤗. Una de las cosas que más amo es hacer mis láminas o rotafolios para exposiciones, aunque de igual manera me gusta más trabajar con la parte digital que vendrían siendo las diapositivas. Siempre que hago mis trabajos en físico como este, me gusta trabajar con la técnica de aprendizaje de mapa mental, que es la organización de temas con sus respectivos puntos o preguntas ordenadas siguiendo las manecillas de reloj. Este contiene dibujos y palabras clave para saber con exactitud de qué tema se está hablando y en qué consisten cada uno de sus componentes a desarrollar. Para mí, este es el material de apoyo más eficiente, el más usado y con el que los oyentes presentes o expositores comprenden mejor su punto a exponer. Hello friends, what's up, first time posting here to come and show you a little bit about the whole process of working on a portfolio for a talk I gave about the kidney in the office where I am doing my community project🤗. One of the things that I love the most is to make my sheets or flipcharts for exhibitions, although I also like to work with the digital part that would be the slides. Whenever I do my physical work like this, I like to work with the learning technique of mind mapping, which is the organization of topics with their respective points or questions ordered according to the hands of the clock. This contains drawings and keywords to know exactly what topic is being discussed and what each of its components consist of to develop. For me, this is the most efficient support material, the most used and with which the listeners present or exhibitors better understand the point to be made. •1 cartulina mediana del color de su preferencia (en este caso yo elegí una color verde claro).
•Papel u hojas de reciclaje para los títulos y dibujos.
•Papel para calcar tipo carbón.
•Lápiz de grafito, una regla y lápices de colores correspondientes a los dibujos.
•Marcador de punta fina color negro.
•1 medium cardboard of the color of your choice (in this case I chose a light green color).
•Recycling paper or sheets for the titles and drawings.
•Charcoal tracing paper.

🩸Paso 1 // Step 1🩸
Empecé estirando la cartulina y fijándola con ayuda de unos vasos pesados en casa extremo para ir midiendo los espacios y que todo quedara muy bonito, ordenado y centrado. Después, elegí la aplicación que siempre utilizo que es la de Canva para encontrar el tipo de letra ideal para mí lámina. Luego de encontrar la fuente de letra, procedí a calcar los títulos uno por uno en una hoja con ayuda del lápiz de grafito.
I started by stretching the cardboard and fixing it with the help of some heavy glasses at each end to measure the spaces so that everything would be very nice, neat and centered. Then, I chose the application I always use, which is Canva, to find the ideal font for my poster. After finding the font, I proceeded to trace the titles one by one on a sheet of paper with the help of a graphite pencil.

Ya teniendo todos los títulos en las hojas, los ordené en la lámina para saber su ubicación exacta y que no se ven tan pegados uno del otro haciendo que se vea recargado de información. Luego, también repetí el mismo proceso de los títulos pero ahora con los dibujos.
Once I had all the titles on the sheets, I ordered them on the sheet to know their exact location and so that they would not look so close to each other, making it look overloaded with information. Then, I also repeated the same process with the titles but now with the drawings.

Con la ubicación exacta de cada uno de los puntos con sus imágenes, procedí a calcar los títulos y dibujos con ayuda del papel carbón y un lápiz de grafito. Este proceso es más lento y cuidadoso ya que se debe medir y marcar perfectamente lo que se va a poner en la cartulina. De lo contrario, sí hay un trazo incorrecto, la tinta de este no se va a poder borrar. Como ya estoy acostumbrada a trabajar con este tipo de papel, me facilita todo y me ahorra más horas de trabajo. Este proceso se realiza tal cual a como se visualiza en la imagen, el papel carbón va pegado a la cartulina y encima va la hoja con lo que queremos calcar, sólo es remarcar las letras con el lápiz y ya se va marcando solo gracias al papel.

This process is slower and more careful since it is necessary to measure and mark perfectly what is going to be put on the cardboard. Otherwise, if there is an incorrect line, the ink will not be able to be erased. As I am used to working with this type of paper, it makes everything easier and saves me more hours of work. This process is done as shown in the image, the carbon paper is glued to the cardboard and on top is the sheet with what we want to trace, just highlight the letters with the pencil and it is already marking itself thanks to the paper.

Ahora, ya con todo el contenido calcado en la lámina, procedo a remarcar los títulos y los bordes de los dibujos con el marcador punta final color negro. Al terminar este proceso, empiezo a ponerle color a los dibujos para hacer cobrar vida a este rotafolio🥰.
Now, with all the content traced on the sheet, I proceed to highlight the titles and the edges of the drawings with the black final tip marker. Once this process is finished, I start to color the drawings to make this flipchart come to life🥰.

Para culminar, a mí me gusta dejar las palabras clave ya a lo último para verificar sí con todo remarcado y coloreado, no se ve recargado. Estas sí las pongo de tamaño mediano debajo de los dibujos pero que se vean igualmente visibles. Y listo!🤩.
To finish, I like to leave the keywords at the end to verify that with everything highlighted and colored, it does not look overloaded. I put them in medium size below the drawings but they are equally visible. And that's it🤩.
