Monomad - Fungi : Geastrum triplex

This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge

This morning around 9 o'clock I went to the location where last Friday I hunted mushrooms there. This week it has rained several times, drenching the earth where I live. Because of that I was curious to visit the location again to get some types of mushrooms.

My initiative to return to that location proved fruitful. And, yeah.. I got a type of mushroom that I had never seen before.

As for the mushroom I mean Geastrum triplex, a genus of ball-like mushrooms in the Geastraceae family. Or this mushroom is also known as the earth star.

And below I have uploaded some photos of mushrooms that I mean, of course, with the hope that you all can be interested and like it.
