An afternoon of fun

Hace mucho tiempo mi mamá le regalo este libro para colorear de la película Despicable Me, a mi hijo le gusta esta película, pero no se porque nunca le llamo mucho la atención ese libro para colorear, el primer día que se lo dio solo coloreo dos minions y luego lo abandono. Hace poco lo encontré cuando estaba limpiando y ordenando, ya tiene como 3 años ese libro sin usarse, asi que decidí pintar un poco, mi hijo al ver que empecé a colorearlo se animo y me lo quería quitar jajaja, al final terminamos pintando los dos.

A long time ago, my mom gave my son this coloring book based on the movie Despicable Me. He likes the movie, but I don't know why that coloring book never really caught his attention. The first day she gave it to him, he only colored two Minions and then set it aside. I found it recently while I was cleaning and tidying up. That book has been sitting unused for about three years now, so I decided to color a little. When my son saw that I’d started coloring it, he got excited and tried to take it away from me, ha ha ha. In the end, we both ended up coloring it.

Por mi lado decidí pintar los Minions de una manera diferente y quise hacerlos versión mujer jaja, me pareció bastante gracioso y divertido de hacer, se ven super coquetos, mi hijo se burlaba muchísimo pero le gusto como quedo, dice que coloreo muy bonito

For my part, I decided to paint the Minions in a different way and wanted to make them into female versions, haha. I thought it was pretty funny and fun to do; they look super cute. My son teased me a lot, but he liked how they turned out—he says I color really well.

Y mi hijo convirtió algunos en personajes de anime, por ejemplo este es uno llamado “Gojo Saturo”

Aunque el no pinta tan cuidadosamente como yo, me desespera un poco ver el desastre que hace jaja, pero pues tampoco quiero criticarle su manera de pintar no quiero desanimarlo… Acá alguna de sus otras pinturas perturbadoras.

Nos divertimos mucho pintando, fue una actividad relajante luego de pasar la tarde estudiando (ya que esta semana tendrá varios exámenes) y realmente es complicado explicar tantas cosas, hacer ejercicios de cada una de ella y no terminar con migraña, esto me ayudo a relajarme un poco la verdad.

We had a lot of fun painting; it was a relaxing activity after spending the afternoon studying (since she has several exams this week), and it’s really hard to explain so many things, do exercises for each one, and not end up with a migraine—this actually helped me relax a bit.
