Blue and green?

Bueno, finalmente pude dibujar, pero por miedo de que se fuese la luz me vi en la obligación de hacer algo bastante sencillo y a la vez intentar arriesgarme con una mezcla de colores que no estoy segura si he usado antes, azul y verde neón son colores que se complementan muy bien pero que no se me había ocurrido antes (creo), lo único que quizás no me guste tanto de este dibujo es que no se ve demasiado realista, pero bueno, trabajar con poco tiempo y el temor de perder mi archivo no es nada facil, espero que les guste.

Well, I finally managed to draw something, but because I was afraid the power would go out, I had to keep it pretty simple while also trying to take a risk with a color combination I’m not sure I’ve used before—neon blue and green are colors that complement each other really well, but it hadn’t occurred to me before (I think), The only thing I might not like so much about this drawing is that it doesn’t look very realistic, but hey, working with little time and the fear of losing my file isn’t easy at all. I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Realicé el boceto y comencé a pintar usando tonos azules, dando luces y sombras, luego fui agregando un poco de verde, unas tonalidades un poco rojizas en la nariz y labios, después de agregar todos los colores que le dieron forma a todo el rostro era hora de mezclar todos los colores y al mismo tiempo dejando la textura de la piel bastante suave, se me ocurrió que integraría los tonos verdes en forma de lágrimas prácticamente brillantes usando verde neón.

I did the sketch and started painting using shades of blue, adding highlights and shadows, then I added a little green, some reddish tones on the nose and lips; after adding all the colors that gave shape to the entire face, it was time to blend all the colors while keeping the skin texture quite smooth. It occurred to me that I would incorporate the green tones in the form of practically glowing teardrops using neon green.

Luego pinte el cabello, por alguna razón siento que ese cabello le deformo un poco la cabeza, pero por mas que intente modificarlo no lograba darla una forma menos anormal, aun asi no se veía tan terrible, asi que lo pinte de negro y agregue algunas iluminaciones con verde. Estas iluminaciones tambien las quise poner en el fondo acompañado con un color azul degradado, agregué luces a los ojos nariz, labios y un poco mas a las lagrimas para hacerlas mas brillantes, finalice con un ajuste de color y tono a toda la imagen.

Then I painted the hair. For some reason, I felt like the hair was making her head look a little distorted, but no matter how hard I tried to adjust it, I couldn't make it look any less odd. Even so, it didn't look that bad, so I painted it black and added some highlights in green. I also wanted to add these highlights to the background along with a blue gradient. I added highlights to the eyes, nose, and lips, and a little more to the tears to make them shinier. I finished by adjusting the color and tone of the entire image.
