Muy buenas noches amigos. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta mini piñata que hice contra mi voluntad jajaja, realmente es un trabajo de la escuela de mi hijo para nosotras (mamás) ya que la escuela el día de mañana cumple 57 años y para celebrar van a decorar toda la escuela y como siempre, ahí estamos las mamas para colaborar con algo, aunque esta vez si me pareció un reto porque jamás había hecho una piñata, aunque después de terminarla debo decir que es bastante sencillo, la parte mas tediosa fue decorarla con papel crepe, pero el resto fue super fácil. Hoy no me siento muy bien físicamente pero tenemos que entregar esta piñata mañana asi que no me quedo de otra que trabajar con los ánimos por el piso, aun asi tuve un buen resultado para ser la primera vez que hago esto, la maestra nos guio enviando un video tutorial, querían una piñata pequeña ya que es para colgar varias en el techo, también pidieron colores específicos por eso utilice dorado, blanco y Vinotinto, además esta piñata no será rellenada con dulces como una piñata normal, simplemente será decoración. Sin embargo, se puede hacer de la misma forma que yo lo hice solo que dejando un espacio en las piezas para poder meter los dulces dentro, espero que les guste.

Today I want to share with you this mini piñata that I made against my will hahaha, it is really a work of my son's school for us (moms) since the school tomorrow turns 57 years old and to celebrate they will decorate the whole school and as always, there we are the moms to collaborate with something, although this time I found it a challenge because I had never made a piñata, although after finishing it I must say that it is quite simple, the most tedious part was to decorate it with crepe paper, but the rest was super easy.

Today I am not feeling very well physically but we have to deliver this piñata tomorrow so I had to work with my spirits down, even so I had a good result for being the first time I do this, the teacher guided us by sending a video tutorial, they wanted a small piñata since it is to hang several on the ceiling, they also asked for specific colors so I used gold, white and wine, also this piñata will not be filled with candy like a normal piñata, it will simply be decoration.
However, it can be done the same way I did it only leaving a space in the pieces to put the candy inside, I hope you like it.

Casi siempre hago mis manualidades con cajas de cereal, me parecen el cartón perfecto para trabajar, en este caso yo tome 3 cajas de mi cereal favorito que siempre guardo para estas ocasiones, use tres cajas porque sabia que me iba a salir mal el corazón y asi fue, primero hice la forma del corazón en una caja y quedo muy alargado, al principio lo vería bien pero luego lo descarte, el segundo corazón quedo aun peor y solo me quedaba una caja de cereal una sola oportunidad para hacer un corazón mas gordito y pequeño, esta vez si quedo bien, asi que empecé a recortarlo y luego calcar su forma en la otra parte de la caja, igualmente la recorte y medí ambos para verificar que estuviesen del mismo tamaño. Recorte dos tiras gruesas de la caja de cereal que me servirían para unir estos dos corazones, tome silicón caliente y empecé a pegar la primera tira alrededor del primer corazon, fue bastante complicado realmente, creo que con otro tipo de método seria mas sencillo, por ejemplo utilizando cinta adhesiva, sin embargo, logre pegar todo el extremo del corazon en unión con la cinta, pegue la segunda cinta del otro lado, ya mi piñata estaba tomando forma, parecía una linda cajita.

I almost always make my crafts with cereal boxes, they seem to me the perfect cardboard to work with, in this case I took 3 boxes of my favorite cereal that I always keep for these occasions, I used three boxes because I knew that I was going to get the heart wrong and so it was, first I made the heart shape in a box and it was very elongated, at first it looked good but then I discarded it, the second heart was even worse and I only had one cereal box left, only one chance to make a fatter and smaller heart, this time it looked good, so I started to cut it out and then trace its shape on the other part of the box, I also cut it out and measured both to verify that they were the same size.
I cut two thick strips from the cereal box that would serve me to join these two hearts, I took hot silicone and started to glue the first strip around the first heart, it was quite complicated really, I think that with another type of method would be easier, for example using tape, however, I managed to glue the entire end of the heart together with the tape, I glued the second tape on the other side, and my piñata was taking shape, it looked like a nice little box.

Por cierto este corazón no tiene medidas exactas realmente lo hice calculando según lo que veía pues cuando hago las cosas con medidas no me salen muy bien, yo prefiero trabajar asi. Bueno, luego empecé a pegar la segunda tapa de corazón en el lado que aun estaba vacío, lo pegue igualmente con silicón caliente y quedo bastante bien, encajo todo mejor de lo que yo esperaba jajajaja, tome el papel crepe y corte varias tiras a cada tira le hice recortes para que quedara con ese efecto como peludo (no se como se llama ese efecto que tiene) empecé a pegar las cintas desde abajo hacia arriba rellenado la primera cara del corazón, empecé con vinotinto, luego blanco y después dorado. Este mismo paso lo hice en cada extremo del corazon hasta rellenarlo todo por completo, al terminar, pegue un hilo grueso en el centro del corazon en la parte superior para que se pueda colgar fácilmente a la pared o techo.

Btw this heart does not have exact measurements, I really did it calculating according to what I saw because when I do things with measurements I don't do them very well, I prefer to work like this. Well, then I started to glue the second heart cover on the side that was still empty, I also glued it with hot silicone and it was pretty good, it fit better than I expected hahahaha, I took the crepe paper and cut several strips to each strip I made cuts so it would have that effect as hairy (I do not know how to call that effect it has) I started to glue the ribbons from the bottom up filling the first side of the heart, I started with wine, then white and finally gold.
This same step was done at each end of the heart until it was completely filled, when finished, I glued a thick thread in the center of the heart at the top so that it can be easily hung on the wall or ceiling.

Como pueden ver, realmente no fue tan complicado como yo pensaba también debe influir el hecho de que esta piñata es pequeña, probablemente si hubiese hecho una mas grande me hubiese vuelto loca, pero por suerte la maestra dijo que tenia que ser muy pequeña. En el proceso de pegar el papel crepe tarde muchísimo, unas dos horas aproximadamente, esto si me hizo estresar un poco, además hacia mucha brisa hoy asi que se volaban a cada rato los papeles de la mesa, a pesar de todo estoy contenta de haber hecho esto y asi aprender un poco más para una próxima ocasión.

As you can see, it really wasn't as complicated as I thought, it must also be influenced by the fact that this piñata is small, probably if I had made a bigger one I would have gone crazy, but luckily the teacher said it had to be very small.
The process of gluing the crepe paper it took me a lot of time, about two hours, this made me a little stressed, also it was very breezy today so the papers were flying all the time, but I am glad to have done this and learn a little more for next time.

Hacer una piñata toma tiempo y requiere mucho trabajo, la verdad nunca me he animado hacer uno, he visto como lo hacen, sería todo un reto para mi jeje, te felicito por intentarlo, te quedo muy bien, al ser tan pequeño, creo que requiere mayor destreza, por los detalles son más pequeños.

Hola @ikigaidesign gracias por tu comentario, asi es, no lo habia pensado asi, puede que se vuelva bastante tedioso por ser pequeño tendria que probar hacer una un poco mas grande para comparar 😁 Saludoss
