Fanart Ellie | The last of us

The last of us es un juego el cual conocí gracias a mi pareja, tres años después de su lanzamiento fue cuando yo apenas comencé a sumergirme en esta historia, pocos son los juegos que realmente me gustan pero este marco una diferencia bastante grande, pues la historia, la jugabilidad y la tensión que se va acumulando durante las horas de juego son increíbles, ahora en este 2023 vuelve a sonar mucho The last of us, gracias a la serie de HBO, no saben lo emocionados que estamos cada domingo por ver un nuevo capítulo, que, aunque ya se la historia, me parece bastante impresionante la manera en la que han representado todo en la serie muy parecida al juego. Por todo esto que les he comentado me sentí bastante inspirada para hacer un Fanart de Ellie, este retrato es uno de mis favoritos de ella, es una Ellie ya mas adulta y mas ruda, en la segunda entrega de the lasto f us, la cual no tuve la oportunidad de jugar, pero si vi un gameplay donde se lo que pasa y me gusto bastante. He realizado el retrato bastante parecido, pero cambiando la paleta de colores, dándole una tonalidad mas clara y agregando un fondo que simula estos hongos pegados a la pared, de una forma borrosa y desenfocada ya que quería la atención en el rostro de Ellie, fue bastante difícil pues cambiar los tonos y hacer que encajaran bien no fue un trabajo sencillo, además de dibujar la nariz y la boca, no suelo trabajar mucho con esta expresiones tan exageradas, pero fue bastante genial y lo disfrute muchísimo.

The last of us is a game which I met thanks to my husband, three years after its release was when I just began to immerse myself in this story, there are few games that I really like but this made a big difference, because the story, the gameplay and the tension that builds up during the hours of play are incredible, now in 2023 The last of us sounds a lot again, thanks to the HBO series, you don't know how excited we are every Sunday to see a new chapter, which, although I already know the story, I find the way in which they have represented everything in the series very similar to the game quite impressive.
For all this that I have told you, I felt quite inspired to make a Fanart of Ellie, this portrait is one of my favorites of hers, she is an older and ruder Ellie, in the second part of the last f us, which I did not have the opportunity to play, but I did see a gameplay where I know what happens and I liked it a lot.
I have made the portrait quite similar, but changing the color palette, giving it a lighter tone and adding a background that simulates these mushrooms/virus attached to the wall, in a blurred and out of focus way since I wanted the attention on Ellie's face, it was quite difficult because i change the tones and making them fit well was not an easy job, apart from drawing the nose and mouth, I don't usually work much with these exaggerated expressions, but it was quite cool and I really enjoyed it.
