My recipe for vanilla cake

Vanilla cake is definitely not my favorite, but for days like today when you're craving something delicious and there's nothing available, it's a good option. This particular cake is especially special to me because I had to make it completely by hand. My mixer broke a month ago, and buying a new one is impossible right now, but I couldn't let that stop me from baking. So today, I made my vanilla cake using only a fork, haha. It was a little difficult to mix, but not impossible, and you have to be very careful with lumps. It was worth it, though, because it turned out quite delicious.

INGREDIENTES
150 Gramos de harina de trigo
2 Huevos
Una taza de leche liquida
Una pizca de sal
Una cucharadita de vainilla
120 ml de aceite
165 gramos de azucar
Una cucharadita de polvo para hornear
INGREDIENTS
150 grams of wheat flour
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
120 ml of oil
165 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Before we begin, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease the baking pan with a little butter and then dust it with flour. Sift the flour and baking powder together into a bowl and set aside. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, a pinch of salt, and sugar.

We started beating these 3 ingredients until we obtained a light yellow mixture that doubled in size. It was quite difficult to achieve this using only a fork, but in the end it turned out quite well. Then I began adding the oil by spoonfuls and beating little by little, the same with the milk, and finally I added vanilla.

After mixing all the liquids, gradually add the flour, beating until you have a thick, lump-free batter. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 45 minutes. After this time, check if the cake is done by inserting a knife or toothpick; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

The only bad thing is that I didn't wait long enough to unmold the cake and I did it while it was still hot. I really wanted something sweet and I love cake when it's still warm, so it caused a slight blemish on top right in the center, but it's nothing serious, it just affects the appearance. The cake itself turned out very, very good, fluffy, soft and with a delicious flavor.
