Oogie boogie inspired makeup

Hola amigos, me tome unos días de descanso en el maquillaje a pesar de ser Halloween y querer hacer muchos maquillajes temáticos de la temporada, pero siendo sincera me he sentido muy cansada estos últimos días, pero hoy pude descansar un poco y levante llena de energía y con ganas de hacer este maquillaje inspirado en Oogie boogie, un personaje de la película “The Nightmare Before Christmas” que quería hacer desde hace mucho pero que no me atrevía, Oogie boogie tiene un aspecto bastante genial y aterrados, además de que esta lleno de bichos por dentro de su aspecto de saco, por eso realice un maquillaje donde sale un gusano del ojo y con la forma de los ojos y boca parecidas al original, sin embargo, lo quise hacer de una forma un poco mas exagerada, utilice un color verde neón como base de mi pintura facial, pues es un color que no uso mucho y sentía que iba a quedar genial para este look de Halloween inspirado en este personaje.

Proceso

• Comencé pintando mi cuello, utilice verde neón para los bordes del cuello, con un pincel realice la forma que quería y luego difumine la pintura corporal con ayuda de una beauty blender, luego tome pintura negra y pinte el centro, volví a difuminar para tener una pintura uniforme y de buen aspecto, después de aplicar el color negro selle la pintura con polvo traslucido, y luego hice algunas franjas en negro con un pincel muy fino.

• Después comencé con mi rostro, primero aplique pegamento en barra en las cejas para sellarlas muy bien, aplique 5 capas y las peine con un cepillo de cejas, después de dejarlas secar, selle con polvo traslucido y comencé a pintar con verde neón todo el rostro, luego tome pintura corporal negra y empecé a formar los ojos y la boca, rellenándolos por completo de negro, ahora, para darle mas volumen y forma al maquillaje, comencé a aplicar sombra verde oscura en los bordes de los ojos y boca.

• También aplique algo de luz entre las sombras verdes para darle aun mas realismo, continue dando detalles con pintura negra aplicando unas líneas que simulan hilo cosiendo la piel, luego dibuje un gusano saliendo del ojo, para esto utilicé rosa y naranja, delinee todo el borde del gusano con negro y finalmente aplique algunos detalles de luz y salpicaduras verdes por todo el rostro.

Hi friends, I took a few days off from makeup despite being Halloween and wanting to do many themed makeups for the season, but to be honest I've been feeling very tired these last few days, but today I could rest a little and got up full of energy and eager to do this makeup inspired by Oogie boogie, a character from the movie "The Nightmare Before Christmas" that I wanted to do for a long time but I did not dare, Oogie boogie has a pretty cool and scary look, plus he is full of bugs inside his sack appearance, so I made a makeup where a worm comes out of the eye and with the shape of the eyes and mouth similar to the original, however, I wanted to make it a little more exaggerated, I used a neon green color as the base of my face paint, because it is a color that I do not use much and I felt it would look great for this Halloween look inspired by this character.

Process

• I started painting my neck, I used neon green for the edges of the neck, with a brush I made the shape I wanted and then I blurred the body paint with the help of a beauty blender, then I took black paint and painted the center, I blurred again to have a uniform and good looking paint, after applying the black color I sealed the paint with translucent powder, and then I made some black stripes with a very fine brush.

• Then I started with my face, first I applied glue stick on the eyebrows to seal them very well, I applied 5 layers and combed them with an eyebrow brush, after letting them dry, I sealed them with translucent powder and started to paint with neon green all over the face, then I took black body paint and started to form the eyes and mouth, filling them completely with black, now, to give more volume and shape to the makeup, I started to apply dark green shadow on the edges of the eyes and mouth.

• Also apply some light between the green shadows to give it even more realism, continue giving details with black paint applying some lines that simulate thread sewing the skin, then draw a worm coming out of the eye, for this use pink and orange, outline all the edge of the worm with black and finally apply some light details and green splashes all over the face.
