Saludos para todos. Hoy presento mi nueva entrada al concurso de @Splinterlands esta vez elegí la carta de Magi of Chaos pero quise hacer una versión femenina de esta carta porque realmente me siento mas cómoda de esta manera, además me parece interesante reflejar el lado opuesto de estos personajes, para este dibujo utilice una paleta de color con tonalidades amarillas y verdes, además de utilizar de referencia el traje pero cambiándolo a un traje un poco mas femenino y que se adaptase mejor, últimamente me gusta mucho aplicar fondos oscuros sin muchos detalles para hacer resaltar un poco mas el personaje, realmente fue un reto representar esta carta en su versión femenina , espero que les guste.

Today I present my new entry to @Splinterlands art contest this time I chose the Magi of Chaos card but I wanted to make a female version of this card because I really feel more comfortable this way, also I find it interesting to reflect the opposite side of these characters, for this drawing I used a color palette with yellow and green tones, in addition to using the suit as a reference but changing it to a more feminine suit, lately I like to apply dark backgrounds without many details to make the character stand out a little more, it was really a challenge to represent this card in its feminine version, I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Realice el boceto el cual elegí esta vez seria medio cuerpo, elegí los colores a trabajar los cuales serian entre tonalidades verdes y amarillentas, coloque los tonos base y luego añadí otra capa donde comencé a difuminar un poco los colores y aplique un color base en la ropa, utilice un verde oscuro, finalmente mezcle por completo los colores, dejando una piel suave pero aun con textura, añadí sombras y luces a la ropa para crear pliegues y también las líneas doradas del traje original.

I made the sketch which I chose this time would be half body, I chose the colors to work which would be between green and yellowish tones, I placed the base tones and then added another layer where I started to blur the colors a little and applied a base color on the clothes, I used a dark green, finally I mixed the colors completely, leaving a soft skin but still with texture, I added shadows and lights to the clothes to create folds and also the golden lines of the original suit.

Pinté el cabello de un tono rubio comenzando con un color base beige y añadí algunas líneas de luces y sombras para guiarme y darle mejores detalles más adelante, pinté la capa y el resto del traje. Añadí más detalles en dorado y luego termine de pintar el cabello agregando diferentes mechones oscuros y claros, cambie el fondo a un color oscuro y pinte la hebilla del cinturón, también pinte la capa con un color base verde claro, luego el cetro y con la herramienta de selección hice algunas formas de un verde aqua para dar los efectos de la magia.

I painted the hair in a blonde tone starting with a beige base color and added some lines of lights and shadows to guide me and give it better details later, I painted the cape and the rest of the costume. I added more details in gold and then I finished painting the hair adding different dark and light strands, I changed the background to a dark color and painted the belt buckle, I also painted the cape with a light green base color, then the scepter and with the selection tool I made some shapes of an aqua green to give the magic effects.

Añadí iluminaciones en el rostro, el cetro, y en las líneas de magia que hice de fondo, finalmente edite la imagen dándole una tonalidad un poco mas verde y añadiendo luces amarillas del lado derecho.

I added illuminations in the face, the scepter, and in the lines of magic that I made in the background, finally I edited the image giving it a little more green tone and adding yellow lights on the right side.
