Hola comunidad espero que estén bien, hoy he decidido regresar un poco a mis inicios donde realizaba (o al menos intentaba) realismo con un toque de nostalgia y misterio, la verdad estoy muy contenta con el resultado, se ha convertido en uno de mis dibujos favoritos, siempre me ha encantado pintar ojos, siento que los ojos son lo mas importante de un rostro ya que pueden reflejar fácilmente tristeza o alegría , por eso para esta oportunidad quise exagerar un poco el tamaño de los ojos dándole un poco mas de protagonismo, usando tonos desaturados y oscuros y jugando un poco con la luz que tendría este dibujo, el cambio entre el boceto y el resultado final es impresionante, espero que les guste tanto como a mi

Hello community I hope you are well, today I have decided to go back a little to my beginnings where I made (or at least tried) realism with a touch of nostalgia and mystery, the truth is I am very happy with the result, it has become one of my favourites drawings, I have always loved painting eyes, I feel that the eyes are the most important part of a face since it can easily reflect sadness or happiness, so for this opportunity I wanted to exaggerate the size of the eyes a little giving it a little more prominence, using desaturated and dark tones and playing a little with the light that this drawing would have, the change between the sketch and the final result is impressive, I hope you like it as much as I do.

Proceso/Process

Comencé con el boceto, siendo muy sincera estaba odiando el boceto muchísimo! Pero igualmente decidí pintarlo para ver que tal salía todo, aplique unos tonos base desaturados en su rostro mayormente en tonos marrones y algunos azules pálidos, pinte el cabello de marrón oscuro pero aun no me decidía si dejar el cabello igual al boceto o cambiarlo, por eso al principio pinte solo una parte, en una nueva capa realice la mezcla de tonos de la piel creando la forma de su rostro, esto lo realice con un pincel de textura de pintura al oleo sin tener mucho cuidado ya que quería ver algunos trazos fuertes, me decidí por pintar su cabello con algunas ondas.

I started with the sketch, to be very honest I was hating the sketch so much! But I still decided to paint it to see how everything would turn out, I applied some desaturated base tones on her face mostly in brown tones and some pale blues, I painted the hair dark brown but I still couldn't decide whether to leave the hair the same as the sketch or change it, for that reason I painted only one part at first, in a new layer I made the mixture of skin tones creating the shape of her face, I did this with an oil painting texture brush without being very careful since I wanted to see some strong strokes, I decided to paint her hair with some waves.

Pinte su cuello y pecho dándole la forma correcta, pinte las cejas y agregue reflejos azules al cabello, amaba lo lindo que se veían sus labios y pinte algo de sangre saliendo de ellos, se veía hermoso para mi, elegí un fondo oscuro y continue dando algunos pequeños detalles al rostro.

I painted her neck and chest giving it the correct shape, painted her eyebrows and added blue highlights to her hair, I loved how cute her lips looked and painted some blood coming out of them, it looked beautiful to me, I chose a dark background and keep giving some small details to the face.

Ahora me ocupe de darle un poco mas de luz a algunas partes del rostro y sobre todo a los ojos, se verían simplemente hermosos, cree algunos puntos de luz y pinte con un poco de rojo alrededor de sus ojos, dando un efecto como si ella hubiese estado llorando.

Now I took care of giving a little more light to some parts of the face and especially to the eyes, they would look simply beautiful, create some points of light and paint with a little red around her eyes, giving an effect as if she I would have been crying.

Hace mucho tiempo que no pintaba ojos enormes y una piel tan realista, me gusto demasiado este trabajo.

It's been a long time since I painted huge eyes and such realistic skin, I liked this artwork too much.

Fascinante @alexa.art! Me sentí muy identificada con eso que comentas de que te encantan los ojos, desde siempre fue lo que más me gustó pintar. Las miradas me encantan, se llevan mi atención porque dicen mucho de una persona y en mis diseños me gusta mucho poner rostros con miradas expresivas.
