Un saludo para todos, hoy me he sentido inspirada para hacer un dibujo con tonalidades bastante fuertes, por eso he decidido combinar un tono cálido con diferentes tonos fríos, quería hacer un retrato fuera de lo usual, realzando los ojos con una mezcla de diferentes tonos para hacerlos lucir un poco mas aterradores y mezclando a la vez un poco de fantasía con el cabello de un amarillo brillante y llamativo, decidí combinar el amarillo con morado, esta combinación es bastante genial pero no suele quedar bien siempre, intente hacer lo mejor para hacer un retrato bastante limpio, me ha gustado mucho y espero que les guste también.

Greetings to all, today it has inspired me to make a drawing with quite strong tones, that's why he decided to combine a warm tone with different cold tones, I wanted to make a portrait out of the ordinary, enhancing the eyes with a mixture of different tones to make them look a bit more scary and mixing at the same time a bit of fantasy with the bright and eye-catching yellow hair, I decided to combine the yellow with purple, this combination is quite cool but it usually doesn't always look good, I tried to do my best to do a pretty clean portrait, I liked it a lot and I hope you like it too.

Proceso/Process

Realice el boceto en el cual tenia pensando hacer algo mas “tierno” pero durante el proceso de dibujo me gusto ir a un lado más oscuro, comencé a pintar todo el dibujo con los colores que elegí colocándolos encima sin mucho detalle, por ahora solo quería definir donde estaría la luz y sombras, en una nueva capa comencé a dar forma a cada parte del rostro, comenzando con los ojos y luego el resto del dibujo, pinte utilizando dos pinceles un pincel difuso y otro pincel duro con opacidad baja para que me permitiese mezclar mejor, quería pintar los ojos “normales” pero luego pensé que seria genial si los pintaba de blanco, esta vez decidí hacerlos transparentes con diferentes tonalidades para crear un ojo con mas textura y realismo, para esto utilice rojo, amarillo, azul, morado e incluso un poco de verde.

I made the sketch in which I was thinking of doing something more "tender" but during the drawing process I liked to go to a darker side, I began to paint the entire drawing with the colors I chose, placing them on top without much detail, for now I just wanted define where the light and shadows would be, in a new layer I began to shape each part of the face, starting with the eyes and then the rest of the drawing, I painted using two brushes, a diffuse brush and another hard brush with low opacity so that I It would allow me to mix better, I wanted to paint the "normal" eyes but then I thought it would be great if I painted them white, this time I decided to make them transparent with different shades to create an eye with more texture and realism, for this I used red, yellow, blue, purple and even a bit of green.

Sentía que el dibujo estaba muy claro así que utilice la herramienta de curvas para hacer el dibujo un poco mas oscuro y desaturado, pinte los labios, cejas y pestañas para luego ocuparme de detallar el cabello, para el cabello use morado oscuro con algunos reflejos de morado claro e igualmente hice con el tono amarillo.

Jugando un poco con las capas y los ajustes de brillo, se me ocurrió pintar algunos detalles de luz en el rostro, estos detalles me encantaron pues le dan una iluminación bastante interesante, con la herramienta de espejo dibuje esta especie de cadena que rodea su cuello y torso, lo hice con un pincel duro y plano, creando líneas y círculos sin mucho detalle.

I felt that the drawing was very shiny so I used the curves tool to make the drawing a little darker and more desaturated, I painted the lips, eyebrows and eyelashes and then I took care of detailing the hair, for the hair I used dark purple with some reflections of light purple and I also did with the yellow tone.

Playing a little with the layers and the brightness adjustments, it occurred to me to paint some light details on the face, I loved these details because they give it a very interesting lighting, with the mirror tool I drew this kind of chain that surrounds her neck and torso, I did it with a hard and flat brush, creating lines and circles without much detail

Continue agregando detalles de luz pero esta vez pequeños puntos amarillos que salen del cabello, finalmente realice un ajuste de curvas nuevamente para agregar mas oscuridad e intensidad a la imagen.

Continue adding light details but this time small yellow dots coming out of the hair, finally do a curve adjustment again to add more darkness and intensity to the image.

Wit hairs like that you dont need house lights :) i bet its easier to read books like that at night :)
