Hoy tenia ganas de pintar algo bastante rustico, sin mucho detalle, pero aun asi mantenido un toque de realismo en el rostro, me encanta pintar con muchos brochazos que permitan sentirme libre sin tanta perfección, hoy es uno de esos días en los que me sentía algo nostálgica y por eso decidí dejarme llevar un poco y expresarme para sentirme mejor, aunque la elección de colores al principio quizás no fue la mejor, después adapte el dibujo mas a mi gusto, fue algo bastante rápido y sencillo a comparación de otros trabajos pero me ayudo mucho a distraerme y a liberarme. Aún estoy acostumbrándome a pintar cabello blancos/rubios no es nada fácil y sobre todo con la técnica que quería aplicar hoy, hice mi mejor esfuerzo y se que no se ve perfecto pero realmente me gusto, espero que tengan una linda noche.

Today I wanted to paint something quite rustic, without much detail, but still maintaining a touch of realism in the face, I love to paint with many brush strokes that allow me to feel free without so much perfection, today is one of those days when I felt a little nostalgic and so I decided to let myself go a little and express myself to feel better, although the choice of colors at first may not have been the best, then I adapted the drawing more to my taste, it was something quite fast and simple compared to other works but it helped me a lot to distract me and free myself.
I'm still getting used to paint white/blonde hair is not easy and especially with the technique I wanted to apply today, I did my best and I know it doesn't look perfect but I really liked it, I hope you have a nice evening.

Proceso/Process

Realice un boceto sencillo, esta vez no quería dibujar torso ni hombros, solo un rostro, luego aplique los colores que elegí en toda la piel aunque me sentía algo incomoda con esta paleta de colores, pero tenia algo en mente que al final no funciono y tuve que cambiar todo mas adelante, en fin, empecé a depositar los colores esta vez unos tonos bastante pálidos y en el cuello algunos marrones mas oscuros y saturados, luego agregue otra capa para colocar mas colores y terminar de formar el rostro, empecé a mezclar todos estos colores para dejar una piel mas suave pero aun con algo de textura.

I made a simple sketch, this time I didn't want to draw torso or shoulders, just a face, then I applied the colors I chose in all the skin although I felt a little uncomfortable with this color palette, but I had something in mind that in the end didn't work and I had to change everything later, in short, I started to deposit the colors this time some very pale tones and in the neck some darker and saturated browns, then I added another layer to place more colors and finish forming the face, I started to mix all these colors to leave a softer skin but still with some texture.

Ahora pinte el cabello con gris claro, para luego empecé a colocar blanco creando las iluminaciones y sombras del cabello, como mencione quería un acabado rustico, con muchas líneas sin cuidado, entonces tome un pincel mezclador para empezar a agregar este efectos, simplemente di algunas pinceladas aleatorias pero al mismo tiempo buscando darle forma a todo el cabello, la idea que tenia para este retrato era colocar un fondo lila y algunas flores, pero sinceramente lo intente y no me gusto como se veía, creo que tenia que ver con el color que había elegido darle a este retrato, no sé, siento que no quedaba bien asi que opte por un fondo oscuro sin flores, después añadí algunas iluminaciones en el rostro y finalmente pase a la parte de edición, donde empecé a jugar un poco con los ajustes de color, cambiando asi toda la tonalidad del dibujo, buscando más colores fríos que a la vez lucieran menos pálidos, me gustó mucho mas de esta forma y creo que no volveré a usar una paleta de color tan pálida en mi vida jajaja.

Now I painted the hair with light gray, then I started to put white creating the highlights and shadows of the hair, as I mentioned I wanted a rustic finish, with many lines without care, then I took a blending brush to start adding this effects, I just gave some random strokes but at the same time looking to give shape to all the hair, the idea I had for this portrait was to put a lilac background and some flowers, but honestly I tried it and I didn't like how it looked, I think it had to do with the color I had chosen to give to this portrait, I don't know, I feel it didn't look good so I opted for a dark background without flowers, then I added some highlights on the face and finally I went to the editing part, where I started to play a little with the color adjustments, changing the whole tonality of the drawing, looking for more cold colors that at the same time looked less pale, I liked it much more this way and I think I will never use such a pale color palette in my life hahaha .
