Saludos amigos de Hive, hoy compartiendo nuevamente con todos ustedes, donde les mostraré cómo prepare en casa unas Exquisitas Cachuas Rellenas con un sofrito, es muy fácil de preparar y a mi familia le encanta lo mejor de esta receta es que es asada al carbón.

Receta: Cachuas Rellenas Asadas

Ingredientes

4 Cachuas frescas
Para el relleno
1 cebolla
1/2 Pimentón Rojo
1/2 pimentón verde
8 dientes de ajo
Salsa inglesa
Aceite vegetal
Sal, orégano y limón a gusto

Recipe: Grilled Stuffed Cachuas

Ingredients

4 fresh cachuas

1/2 green bell pepper
8 cloves of garlic
English sauce
Vegetable oil
Salt, oregano and lemon to taste

Preparación//Preparation

1.Lo primero que haremos es preparar las Cachuas, en este sentidos vamos a abrirla por el lomo, se limpia muy bien y se lava, seguidamente agregar limón, sal y orégano a gusto, reservar.

2.Luego vamos a lavar los aliños y cortar en juliana, triturar los ajos, después calentar una sartén, agregar aceite e incorporar los aliños, agregar un poco de sal, salsa inglesa y sofreír.

3.Despues rellenar las Cachuas con el sofrito, agregarlo por todo el pescado, cerrar las Cachuas.

4.Seguidamente con hilo pabilo, amarrar la cachua, para que a la hora de asar no se abra y se le salga el relleno.

5.Despues preparamos a hacer el carbón con buena leña, poner una parrilla, cuando la temperatura no sea muy alta, colocar las Cachuas y comenzar a asar.

6.Una vez haya tomado color, voltear y cocinar por el otro lado, estar pendiente que la temperatura no sea tan fuerte para que no se queme, retirar del fuego y lista para degustar.

A mi familia le gusta mucho este pescado pero asado de esta forma, también les puedo comentar que lo acompañe con yuca y ocumo sancochado, es toda una especialidad.
