Feliz noche compañeros de Foodies Bee Hive, que placer es compartir nuevamente con todos ustedes, hoy desde mi cocina con una fácil y deliciosa receta de postre como ingrediente principal la Parchita o también conocida como Maracuyá, la cual es fuente de vitamina c, es un postre que se consume frio y a todos en casa les gusta.

Happy night fellow Foodies Bee Hive, what a pleasure it is to share again with all of you, today from my kitchen with an easy and delicious dessert recipe as the main ingredient Parchita or also known as Maracuyá, which is a source of vitamin c, is a dessert that is consumed cold and everyone at home likes it.

Receta: Fácil y Delicioso Postre de Parchita con pocos ingredientes 💛

Ingredientes

5 Parchitas
3 cucharadas de azúcar
4 cucharadas de almidón de maíz
Unas gotas de vainilla

Recipe: Easy and Delicious Passion Fruit Dessert with few ingredients 💛

Ingrediente

5 passion fruit
3 spoonfuls of sugar
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
a few drops of vanilla

Preparación/Preparation

1.Lo primero que debemos hacer es preparar el jugo de parchita, para ello las cortamos y extremos toda su pulpa la colocamos en la licuadora junto con agua suficiente de modo de obtener 2 tazas de jugo, licuamos ligeramente y colamos.

1.The first thing we must do is prepare the passion fruit juice, to do this we cut them and ends all their pulp, place it in the blender together with enough water to obtain 2 cups of juice, blend slightly and strain.

2.Colocamos 1 1/2 taza de jugo en una olla y reservamos 1/2 taza, agregamos el azúcar y mezclamos muy bien.

2.place 1 1/2 cup of juice in a pot and reserve 1/2 cup, add the sugar and mix very well.

3.Llevar a fuego bajo, una vez que comience a hervir agregar las gotas de vainilla y el jugo de Parchita reservado previamente mezclado con el almidón de maíz, remover constantemente y cocinar hasta que tome consistencia espesa.

3.Bring to low heat, once it starts to boil add the drops of vanilla and the previously reserved Parchita juice mixed with the cornstarch, stir constantly and cook until it thickens.

4.Colocar en un molde, dejar reposar y llevar al refrigerador por 4 horas o más, o hasta que cuaje y lista para servir y degustar.

4.Place in a mold, let stand and take to the refrigerator for 4 hours or more, or until it sets and is ready to serve and enjoy.
