Saludos y bendiciones, espero estén pasando un excelente fin de semana amigos de la comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, hoy nuevamente compartiendo con ustedes desde mi cocina, donde les mostraré como preparar una práctica carne mechada sofrita para un delicioso almuerzo, lo mejor de esta receta es que se hace muy fácil, necesitaremos pocos aliños y lo podemos acompañar con pasta, arroz, arepas asada, frita, rellenar empanadas y demás, para esta ocasión la acompañe con arroz para completar mi almuerzo.

Receta: Práctica Carne Mechada sofrita para un Delicioso Almuerzo🥩

Ingredientes

300 gr de carne desmechada
1 tomate
1/2 cebolla
1/2 pimentón
4 granos de ajo
1 rama de perejil
Aceite vegetal
Sal y color a gusto

Recipe: Practice Fried Mechada Meat for a Delicious Lunch🥩

Ingredients

300 gr of shredded meat
1 tomato
1/2 onion
1/2 paprika
4 grains of garlic
1 sprig of parsley
Vegetable oil
salt and color to taste

Paso a Paso/Step by Step

Paso 1

Después que hemos sancochado la carne y desmechado, vamos a lavar y cortar la cebolla, tomate y pimentón, triturar el ajo y cortar pequeños el perejil.

Step 1
After we have parboiled the meat and shredded it, we are going to wash and cut the onion, tomato and paprika, crush the garlic and cut the parsley small.

Paso 2

Luego vamos a calentar una sartén, agregar el aceite y los aliños previamente cortados, remover, y sofreír bien.

Paso 3

Seguidamente agregar la carne y el color, remover hasta que el color quedé uniforme, cocinar por unos minutos y listo para servir y degustar.
