Greetings dear friends of the community SWC, in this opportunity I will share with you a day of freestyle training with my colleagues in a rainy day.

Como de costumbre, compartí otra tarde de freestyle con mis compañeros. Ya que para mi personalmente ya estoy acostumbrado, sea pesado o ligero con mi peso corporal, siempre practico trucos dinámicos y usar esta técnica me ayudó a avanzar mucho y cada vez me siento más cómodo al hacer tanto trucos dinámicos como estático.
As usual, I shared another freestyle afternoon with my teammates. Since for me personally I am already used to it, whether it is heavy or light with my body weight, I always practice dynamic tricks and using this technique helped me to advance a lot and every time I feel more comfortable when doing both dynamic tricks as static.
Como observación personal, he ido mejorando la parte que más me costó cuando volví a entrenar, que es la parte estática. Pero con mucho esfuerzo, motivación e inspirado por la fuerza de mis sueños, pude darlo todo en los entrenamientos y logré fortalecer mis debilidades para lograr mis metas y objetivos.
As a personal observation, I have been improving the part that was most difficult for me when I started training again, which is the static part. But with a lot of effort, motivation and inspired by the strength of my dreams, I was able to give my all in training and manage to strengthen my weaknesses to achieve my goals and objectives.
