Children improve their flexibility, endurance, and strength during training. All this is very good for your health. All the girls' performances are accompanied by music, which they select with a coach and make a special creative performance for the competition.
I tried to catch the most interesting moments of the performance and I am happy to show them to you.

Сегодня я снова хочу восхититься вместе с вами талантом и мастерством юных спортсменок. Воздушная гимнастика становится популярной и много родителей отдают девочек в этот вид спорта. Дети в процессе тренировок улучшают свою гибкость, выносливость, силу. Все это очень полезно для здоровья. Все выступления девочек проходят под музыку, которую они подбирают с тренером и делают специальное творческое выступление для соревнований.
