My Introduction Post

Hello everyone. I'm delighted to become a memeber of this great community. I'm new here and this is my first post on Hive
I found this community through a friend from school @nelson-george who in conjunction with @diikaan runs a training for beginners like myself who are passionate about writing and are interested in earning money on the side through writing on Hive.

       ~~WHO AM I?~~

My name is Asuquo Emmanuel Alexander, I'm native of Akwa Ibom state located in the south-south geopolitical zone of Nigeria. I was born and brought up in Lagos, Nigeria - the economic capital of Nigeria located in the southwestern region of the country. I am one of three children in my family of five and also the last born of the family.

I am a student of the University of Uyo currently studying Agricultural science with a focus on the soil science component of the field. I'm essentially learning about how soil properties like pH and nutrient level, impact crop growth and the overall health of agricultural systems.

  ~~HOW I SPEND MY LEISURE TIME ~~

I enjoy watching movies, reading books (novels), listening to music and I also play games both console and board games. I enjoy all genre of novels except parnanormal. Some of my favorite authors include Nora Roberts,Collen Hoover, Linda Howard, Sidney Sheldon etc.... I mostly like romantic suspense novels.

I listen to all kinds of music, I'm not particular about the genre of music I listen to. The genre of music I listen to generally depends on my mood at that particular time. I'm a big fan of Santan,J.Cole,Burna Boy,Davido,Dean Lewis,JP Saxe just to metion a few.
I'm currently whatcing Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan..If you're into action thriller/CIA series,I would recommend you see this movie.
I am also a lover of sports.I play football,table tennis and I also participate in track and field events. I support the best football club in the world - FC Barcelona.
I dabble in phone photography and editing from time to time.Below are some of my works

I have always wanted to become better at writing or putting my words down on paper and I believe my being here on Hive would make me better. I am here to learn and improve myself.
