#AskLeo - Where do you find new crypto games?

Hi,

for today's #AskLeo, the tag brought to us by @acesontop, whom you should check as he has genuine content from his own perspective, I want to ask you, where do you get your information on new crypto games?

One of the niches that is driving crypto, is the game niche. It is bringing a lot of new users and a lot of liquidity in the crypto world. It is no wonder that it opens the gates for the metaverse, where a lot of people will poor money in.

I'm actively playing Splinterlands, Rising Star, DCity and some smaller ones and would want to join some early stage gaming that has potential of exploding. For this, I'm searching for a reliable source of information on crypto gaming.

Can you name some good source, like forums, threads, sites, or where do you find them?
I'm getting most of my information from leofinance, as the community is sharing it, but there is sometimes stuff that I miss.

I want some targeted information, even if it might be a news outlet on the phone that synthesis the development of them.

If I think about, I would also pay a virtual assistant to run a weekly analysis on development and what is new on the market. Someone to filter the noise and focus on the gem.

I'm looking for games, where the token can explode to a 10x-20x value or even higher, where the assets become unpayable on the long run and where the game can be automated to a certain degree, either via a script or by delegation of the assets.

I know, there is a lot asked, but we have such stories already, like Splinterlands or Axie Infinity. These examples are now hard to get in and to play at a high level, so I search for new games, in early stage where such success stories can be repeated.

I currently have two tips.

This first is Thetan Coin (THC). It went up 9% in the last 24 hours. It is currently worth 0.1668 USD. This coin is in Thetan Arena. I am not much of a fan of this game, but some people say that currently this is the best blockchain game.

Another tip is LeVel 1 (LVL). You can find this token on the Hive Engine. It is made for an upcoming game, PSYBER X by @saltyreptile.

I think Gods Unchained, which is still in Beta and has its own currency as GODS as quite the potential. Just started playing it, it takes some time but you can forge cards into sellable NFTs.

Besides Leofinance, Twitter is my primary source for blockchain gaming news. The Binance Smart Chain official Twitter account will often announce up and coming games on their platform, as well as WAX and Polygon. One more honorable mention is @zima_red who focuses on digital assets and virtual worlds. All the best!

Most of my information on blockchain games comes from Hive and news sites. When I'm doing research on blog posts, I'll frequently run across mentions of new games that are coming out. I only wish I had time to try them all! :)

Thetan arena is a beautiful game if you like brawlstars, although different in play style and advancement.

The problem is that you can only cash out after reaching bronze level I (2000 points, a month of battles with a lot of effort). Getting to that level requires a lot of effort and will definitely require some power ups, and then find yourself with a bunch of THC at the current value of about $50, it's not worth it to just earn money. It's fun though and there's even a voice chat during matches.

1UP is a great source of information but you can't really rely on one source.

I have people that I follow on YT and here on hive. @ligerwoods should give you a good idea of where to look for anything regarding blockchain gaming, NFTs and DeFi. His YT channel along with Chico Crypto are gold tbh, regardless of what people may think or say about both.

Just found rising star. I guess for splinter I am too late and I do not want to invest in several games and earn very little so I try to focus.

Yes the research is hard but that is the reason for the gains. I think thetan will explode. It´s the first game I hadd fun, but stressed me too much. Many people will love it. I should buy some coins. But also you need to invest a few hundred for a meaningful income.

The childs dream of earning money with gaming became true...

Rising Star is a pretty good game, and it is bot safe. I still need to optimize it to have a better run.
