My Hive Birthday - 7 years on the chain

Hi,

on the 25th of November 2016, I've joined this blockchain.

I can remember that day, as it was a tough one for me, as the company that I worked for, did a massive layover, and I was affected together with half of the colleagues at that facility. It was not an easy thing to grasp, especially as Christmas was coming, no income and hatted to be on an unemployment status.

When I arrived home, after getting a speeding ticket, I've searched for means to earn money online. I knew about crypto, as I had been running an LTC miner for over 18 months at that time. I was playing poker online, but the swings were massive, there have been months with 5 digit profit and months with 4 digit losses, overall a good business, but really unpredictable.

One of the search results, hinted me in here, I've signed up, and wrote some articles. Well, it was not what was expected, and for a couple of months I took a break, as I got employed very fast, in less than two weeks from the lay over. When I restarted to write, I got massive help from some people living in the Munich area, that took me by the hand and showed me around. They still help me today in need, even if not so more active on chain.

In the past 7 years, I've met a lot of interesting people, that have enriched my life, will not name, as there are too many, people that I like to meet and hang out even if they are somewhere in Greece, Mexico, or any other place of this beautiful world.

It enriched my horizon and world view, as I've met people that else I would have never been able to. Here are people from every social class, with any background possible. The possibilities are incredible.

I can say, the chain made more humble and more grateful of the people around me, and my life. Being humble, opens so many perspectives. Accepting that people are different, that their history is different, is a world changer. I think, beside the contacts made, the change as I see the world, is priceless.
